Agree on both points.

As to point #1, I try my best not to whine about it to be honest. It’s hard, but particularly when they win, I try really hard not to get uppity about it.

Nobody in the media talks about AZ or gives them any credit when they win. Comes up with excuses as to why the other team lost. Arians could care less and that has rubbed off on the team. Next man up and just keep winning.

Supporting a small market team can be a little annoying alright. When the Chiefs beat the Pats a couple of weeks ago everything written focused solely on the Pats. Chiefs might as well have not been part of the match. Similar with the Chargers two weeks ago. The Chiefs have some good fan run sites like ArrowheadPride where I go to read about the team. I’m sure AZ has something similar.

anyone thinking the Giants can take this? I’m thinking Eli has an above average day with good support from special teams.

We do. Revenge of the Birds is where I go. We’ll be seeing you on Dec. 7 in Az. They’ll probably be talking about the Rams vs Redskins or Jets vs Vikings on the pre-game shows.

What do you expect when the Seahawks and the Niners are in the same division?

The Chiefs are coming to London! It’s a pity we had to give up a home game but overall I’m delighted. Will definitely be going.

Seattle got absolutely zero respect from the media until they won the Superbowl. Zero. So that’s just the way it is. Win the big game, and the perception of your team changes.

You know its bad when Browns fans start to wonder if your performance is the worst QB performance they have ever seen.

Chances that the Browns totally Cleveland out and send Hoyer packing at the end of the year making the way for Johnny Football to return them to the bottom of the barrel??

Bengals looked awful last night. Just awful.

NFL radio was talking about Hoyer this morning. There point was basically that he’s in a tough spot. Not many teams are going to be interested in him (he’s played well, but his numbers are just okay) and if he stays he’ll have the Manziel thing over his head until he ultimately loses the job to him.

I think he leaves even if it’s for a nominal amount of money. Not sure where though.

I think whether they make the playoffs and how far they get is gonna be a huge factor for Hoyer.

To be fair, he is playing for the Brown’s, without Gordon and Cameron for most of the year to this point. OK numbers is ahead of the curve considering. They really should just shop Manziel to whoever would be foolish enough to give them something for him but no way that will happen. And I actually didn’t think the Bengals looked that terrible as a whole last night. It was mostly just Dalton.

I like Hoyer. I think he’s a decent player in a bad situation. I also think they’ve got a good shoot at the playoffs. I think they need to win at least 10 including the last Raven’s game (I’m not sure if 2 AFC North teams will make it or not, but if they do my money is on Cleveland and Pittsburgh).

They might shop Manziel, but I don’t think they will. I don’t think the Browns front office wants Hoyer to be the starting QB. Time will tell though.

Dalton definitely looked terrible. The Offensive and defensive lines looked pretty bad too. Wasn’t Dalton sacked 3 times in a row at one point?

Yeah actually, but part one or two of those I would put on Dalton because he had open receivers he just didn’t throw it. They didn’t play great but it wasn’t always their fault either. A couple of them were miscommunications between the guard and tackle on assignments so I don’t really know who’s feet that belonged at. The defense definitely didn’t look great.

Ya there’s plenty of blame to go around the entire team/org.

Houston? It’s a possibility. I like Fitzpatrick, he’s just not a very good QB. It will be interesting to see how Mallet does. Working with Brady all these years are bound not to hurt.

I know the Pats won, so I should just shut my mouth and be done with it, but god was the officiating in that game total shit.

Ticky tack PI calls on Denver’s first TD drive, and then ignore 2, count em, 2 blatant holds on the sweep for the touch? Got to be fucking kidding me last night.

Look, I don’t care either way, either let the teams play and call the egregious stuff, or call ALL the ticky tack shit. Pick one plan and be consistent. There were like 3 other PI calls that should have been called on the Pats, and quite a few infractions that could have been called on Denver that weren’t.

I’d prefer the refs stay out of it, and let them play. However, all I ask is be consistent. Fuck. [/quote]

I would like to see Brady win another one. I think it would put the whole Peyton vs. Brady argument to rest for good. Manning is the second best QB in the league. I think Brady would need to win 2 more to be considered best of all time.

Is Hoyer really an upgrade to Fitzpatrick though?

Possibly. Its hard to tell what Hoyer really is at this point. His body of work isn’t large enough, he’s still somewhat of an unknown.

Ya I agree, which is another reason why I think his trade/free agency stock isn’t all that great. I don’t think a lot of teams will take a chance on him being the future of their franchise.
