You hit the crack pipe this morning?

wtf?

I hear the ISIS Beheaders have a tough, slashing offense that tests the resolve and depth of defenses; its defense has been known to weather heavy air attacks from offenses without a committed ground game. The team also knows how to deal effectively with locker-room cancers and players who make trade requests or who try and renegotiate their contracts. They might matchup pretty well with the Cowboys.

Their leader isn’t near the fanatic that Jerry is!

I kept thinking the same thing as I was watching the game!!! Can’t believe those humorless announcers didn’t make even one reference to it, since the guy was in on so many plays.

I would’ve posted, but since I’m punnyguy and his name is spelled with a “u” and not an “e” I thought it’d be too corny for me to do it…

Btw his full name is Whitney Mercilus, lots of possibilities…

Part of my problem is I was friends with a guy (long past passed away) who was a good buddy of Clint Murchison. When Jones and Co. pulled into town and promptly shit and pissed on the Cowboys organization at that time he alienated me and, of course, legions of others.

Yeah, he proved his point that HE was now the boss but a more prudent man and a man with character would’ve handled things differently.[/quote]

Push, Jerry is one of, if not the most accessible owners in sports. If you are at an establishment and he is there socially you have a very good chance to have a real conversation with him. He will talk about everything while drinking his Johnny Walker Blue and I have had the pleasure to be apart of it before first hand. Those pictures that were released were done by some low life P.O.S.!!! Can you imagine if someone released some pictures of you that might be out there?

Murchison sold the team to Bum Bright. Bum Bright is who you should have a problem with not Jerry Jones. Bum Bright had a clause in selling the Cowboys that the new owner would fire Coach Landry. Who needed to go and was not going to retire. There are many layers to the purchase of the Dallas Cowboys and to the firing of the legend Tom Landry. Jerry did offer Coach Landry a job in the organization. Jones put a statue of Coach Landry outside of Texas Stadium, then moved it to Jerry’s World.

You’ve got to source this gem.

That could be difficult to do in a way that would satisfy all doubts.

Jerry told you himself after a bottle of the Blue?

Haha. No man, it wasn’t anything like that. There were others around and it was just Jerry and Joe Avezzano at Joe’s bar, Hat Tricks. I didn’t do a lot of talking, just mostly listened. And no one brought up anything negative. Very positive energy in the bar, the type you can feel in the air, and just a cool, good time.

The guy sitting next to me was a regular there, he knew Joe pretty well. We were sitting at the bar just having normal bar talk, and then you see those two come walking up. Good times that night were had.
