That was not a call out, if it was meant to be one it maybe the weakest call outs of all time

I thought Dirk called Jet out which I really enjoyed

What’d he say? And while I think James’s defense is super overrated, you probably shouldn’t be talking shit when you’re missing wide open shots all series long.
he said this:

“We’re going to see if (LeBron) can do it for seven games,” Terry said Monday. “That’s going to be the challenge. Right now, it’s Game 4. Can he do it again in Game 4? He wasn’t able to do it in Game 2. He did it in Games 1 and 3, so Game 4 is another opportunity.”

and he had another quote that was similar (they were worse when seeing the video vs just reading the quote) but I cant find it.

Basically he said that james couldnt play that defense against him for 7 games.

^^^^Dude, Special K and DC!!! Goddamn those 2 could’ve been something serious. Some players just start getting those fat checks and stop caring. And, even though Marbury is a selfish spoiled brat, that motherfucker can play ball FOR REAL. If his head was screwed on straight he could’ve been an all-timer.
Yeah, they could’ve but I think Petrovic dieing in that car crash really had an impact. I loved watching that team especially Petro. I was also born in Yugoslavia like him, so seeing someone from my country make the NBA back then was a huge deal.

Marbury had sick moves, almost as good as AI, but he was a straight up headcase. I couldn’t stand him.
I remember reading about Petrovic’s workout regimen. It was insane. He was also apparently a really good dude. His death took it’s toll on the franchise. I think DC and Anderson just didn’t work as hard as they should’ve. If you look at Coleman’s stats over his first 3 or 4 years, they’re HOF’er material. He could rebound, pass, really handle the ball for someone his size, step outside and stick the J out to 3, and he’s still to this day the only person I’ve ever seen legitimately dunk over Shaq. And Anderson’s handle and quickness let him get anywhere he wanted, anytime he wanted. They were also both lefty’s which I always thought was interesting.

He might not need to if Terry can’t stick an open fucking shot.

lol ya I think that is weak as shit. Jet is known for being cocky/confident as fuck. He said james has shut him down thus far lets see if he can do it for 7 games. I don’t think that is a huge call out and coming from Jet that is pretty weak. Dirk basically reinforced that james has owned him saying jet hasnt been a clutch player for us, he needs to start making plays down the stretch etc. imo that was a bigger call out.

as in they have big games tonight?

or

as in they play like donkey balls again?

^^ If I were expecting them to perform I would’ve used their actual names and not insulted them :P. So Option 2

Watching NBA isn’t going to be the same again.

Fuck the Bay for taking away one of best commentators still out there.
“give him credit”

BTW I’m not feeling too comfortable about g4.

LBJ is due for a big game.

Let’s hope DAL bench steps up wishful thinking and Jet has a big game. Can’t believe we lost g3 after looking so damn good in the 4th.

I agree though with you guys, looking like Dallas have lost it. Just aren’t hitting those easy shots which is hurting big time.

well when Dallas wins and Terry drops 20 points in Brons face during the 4th quarter you’re going to have to eat those words!!!

I think he is too. I’m thinking that reporter stirred some shit up when he made that comment about what makes a superstar.

That makes 3 of us. Not even necessarily that the reporter got him riled up, just think he’s due. But, that means the ball’s out of Wade’s hands, so that might not be a bad thing.

only a couple more hours! Somehow I’m really nervous, hope Dallas takes this game!
Fuckin time difference though, game airs at 3 in the night.
The playoffs are messing with my daily rhythm every year.

you know you’re getting old when you bitch that the games don’t end till midnight lol

Maybe that’s what the reporter wanted to do. lol
I have a feeling that Dallas will win tonight.

just curious, is Dirk like a national hero over in Germany?

Ima sum up JET’s comments:

“Guys, seriously I AM IMPORTANT. How I play has a huge effect on this series. You SHOULD be talking about me. No seriously.”
WhiteFlash wrote:

Look I hate MIA as much as anyone, but I cannot ignore what my eyes keep telling me.

And that is that James is the best individual (and help defender) out there this series, and by a decent margin too.

And most of that is simply because James is the best athlete out there, and that’s by a MUCH WIDER margin. (yeah yeah I know D Wade is phenomenal too but he still aint 6’8)
