I pooped a little in my pants when the blackhawks scored that 3rd goal to make it 4-3.
Phillys #1 line still looks a little shaky but I got a feeling the next game they are going to really shine. That Powe guy has some wheels, too bad his hands are shit lol.
Even if if was an empty netter is was great to see Carter get one. He’s just not suited to play the wing but thats where the team needs him I guess, besides the lines are all over the place once the action starts. Would like to see Philly win more faceoffs too, Toews is killing em’.
Seems like Byfuglien has been completely shut down by Pronger in this series, and I really think that is something that the 'Hawks should be worried about as play progresses, because they really need that physical presence in front of the net to screen and open up shots for their young guns. Without Byfuglien playing his game, I think the Flyers have a huge advantage.

I heard an interesting stat today. The Flyers have not lost a game after game 3 in a series (I think just the playoffs). In other words, they have the advantage deep into a series.
Makes me think that it’s like the Tortoise and the Hare. Seems other teams blow their load right up front, but the Flyers have the stamina and pace to survive the series.
Should be interesting back in CHI!
Great final series so far in my opinion. If the Flyers keep up their intensity, I think they have a very good chance at pulling off the upset. I believe the Blackhawks are the more talented team, but they are getting outworked up and down the ice, and it’s killing them. I’m just glad to see a super competitive series, hopefully it goes to 7! ![]()
Oh yeah, Game 5 tonight.
Holy shit. Blackcocks are on teh 'roidz 2nite!

Serially! That was probably the greatest first period I’ve seen in awhile (for Hawks fans at least), it was a battlefield and there was forechecking all ova the place!
Ouch!
sniffsniff…tears of despair.
Fuck sakes it ain’t over yet but I really really wanted to drink beer out of the Stanley Cup this summer but it looks pretty bleak right now.
Two fuckin’ days to wait for the next game is brutal. I sure hope it goes to seven games for obvious reasons, and so I can be proper fooked for the game on a Friday night. Work night games suck.
Go Flyers!
I can’t believe Gagne didn’t score on that breakaway.

Greenie, I’m not sure where you’re from originally but that place is dead and gone. It’s time to start rooting for the home team!
Flyers strategy to win: GIVE THE PUCK TO LEINO!
HOLY SHIT this is good hockey!
WOWWWWWWWWWWWW…WHAT AN ANTI CLAMTIC GOAL TO WIN…Good on the Hawks tho.

Niemi was the much better goalie. Understandable the flyers have two scrapheap goalies.
Wow. What a freakin’ series.
Both teams went tooth and nail for sure. Great stories on both sides.
