LOL!

I rather liked it there, myself.

Seriously, anything they can put a jersey on here, they will. I’m sure the Hancock, Sears Tower, and the Prudential building lights’ will be changed. Though if they do red and yellow it might look more like they’re advertising for McDonald’s.

The end is near chicago…

Dear Mr. Pronger:
I’ve always said you were one of the dirtiest players in the league, but…
If you manage to pop Buffy’s head clean off with a gruesome check, I’ll be building a shrine, and naming children after you.

I legitimately CANNOT wait for this to start!

Today has been and will continue to be an epic sports day. Hockey, College Lacrosse, Basketball, Baseball, and MMA, life is good.

ALRIGHT BABY LETS DO THIS. OFF THE GYM WITH MY GINORMOUS PLAYOFF BEARD, MAKING IT A QUICK ONE FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. CMON BLACKHAWKS, FEEL THE POWAH OF MY BEARDDD

you might as well shave now.

Flyers formula for win: Clog up low slot, slapshot hard to goal, score off Niemi rebound.

Crazy game so far. Hawks in 6, as I previously predicted.

Blackcocks formula for win: Just shoot puck at Leighton. LOL!

Did the announcer just say that VanReemsdyke was sandwiched between a couple of Blackcocks?

What a game…

Awesome matchup. Tough break for Philly-- #6 goal for CHI was cheap, but, oh well.

Now I’m starting to HATE that song they play in CHI.

I can only hope that the rest of the games are played at such an awesome level.

You mean you hope that both teams come to the rest of the games playing as irresponsibly defensively? - oh wait you’re a sharks fan, it’s what you see every game… lolz

Ooooh no you didn’t.

Anyways, you’re right though. Like Ryan Miller said between periods, coverage was terrible and both teams were playing sloppy on D. Had nothing to do with the goalies abilities.

Exactly.

It’s not like the 'Hawks or Flyers were that much better though, both were ranked in the bottom half of the league in goals against, and to be honest, I find it highly entertaining to see 10+ goals per game.

What did you think about leighton getting pulled? I liked the move, I think letting up 5 before the 2nd period is over calls for it. Everyone I was watching the game with said the game was still close so they should have kept him in.

Good move and he’ll get over it. He had an off night which could have been worse. Goalies’, pitchers’, and quarterbacks’ mental state is crucial. Hey, the one that got by Boucher was an easy save. Let’s be honest, it wasn’t a shining night for the whole defensive unit.

Leighton should start game two.
