I have the series set to DVR (greatest invention of all time) and watched the first episode on Saturday morning. HOLY SHIT. I am a die hard Dallas fan, but that had the hairs on my forearms standing straight up. Fucking Ryan is the man. I will say find a way to watch this no matter what if you are a football fan.

What time of day did you watch it? Might be one of those things that if it is late at night they will go full out, but any chance on kids seeing it they edit.

I watched the original on DVR and then watched the re air with my girlfriend during the daytime. Maybe they edited it because it was day time but I’m not sure?
I know there was some issues with the amount of cursing from the coaching staff. There was a little thing on ESPN about it and how Rex Ryan got a phone call from his mom about all his language and he apologized for it lol.
I saw that ESPN piece then two hours later I was watching the rerun and it was edited. I just figured the editing was a product of the “negative” publicity the show got but we’ll see when the next episode airs

I remember seeing somewhere that HBO will only show certain shows during certain time to police the age group that will see it. So I would go with trying to watch this at night. They have been doing this for awhile, basically it is the same kind of senario a few years ago and this came out.
They can’t cut out motherfuckincocksuckinkissmyass cussing. That’s what makes the show appealing. Seeing real life camp! Hopefully its not done in its original time slot.

I doubt they will, the original slot is like 9 or 10 central time. Have to wait and see on Wedn.
^On the East coast its Wed. night at 10p. I seriously doubt that they would tamper w/it. Especially w/all the buzz it has generated to non-Jets fan.

DJHT- that makes sense. Im sure thats whats going on because they dont even show series like Trueblood or Entourage during the day (probably due to the content)
Im sure the new episode will be unedited as far as language goes. The first episode was awesome and was probably the best first episode of Hard Knocks that I’ve seen, although I did like the series premiere for the Bengals last year with the competition they did lol. The lineman trying to field punts were hilarious
49ers just signed Brian Westbrook. I think it is a great move by the organization, and brings a great player and a great mentor into our backfield. I can only hope that his dome is doing OK.
