2010 NBA Playoffs

They all go to Chicago
Rose at PG
Wade at SG
LBJ at SF
Bosh at PF
Noah at C instant championship
would never happen but I can dream

^^ That would be pretty cool but you’re right it would never happen.

I thought NY and NJ were the only teams that had enough cap space to sign 2 max contract guys?

NJ would be sweet with that new owner… they have a great shot at the number 1 overall pick this year. What if they got John Wall then signed the those three free agents… then in two years they’ll have that new bad ass arena in Brooklyn. That would be pretty awesome I think.

The thing that is KILLING Chicago’s chances is MJ. No one could ever live up to him. Even if they go there and win 4 rings in a row they’ll still be second best to MJ.

Dude, even if West fucked his mom do you really think it would affect what happens on the floor? These guys are adults [kinda]. He has a job to do and allowing someone elses personal life to dictate how he performs at his job makes no sense. There was nothing wrong with his elbow, or with his mom, or his dog or anything. It’s all an excuse for the James lovers who don’t want to admit that the guy just doesn’t have “it”. Maybe one day he will, but I’m not holding my breath.
Could not disagree with this more. Have you really internalized what it would do to you if your teammate was fucking your mother? Seriously, think about one of your friends, a teammate, a co-worker, somebody, making your mother beg for his cock. You think you would just brush that off and go to work? Perhaps some people would, but I would completely understand his play after finding this out. To me, that’s why the rumor is so believable, because it fits with the facts. Did you watch his play in the last few games? Extremely passive, after completely dominating that team the previous two games. That’s also why it would be a great hoax/lie to choose - because it fit the facts so well. No idea if it’s true or not.

I also hope people don’t believe that this guy - LeBron James - Game 2 buzzer beater vs. Magic (05/22/09) HQ - YouTube - doesn’t have “it.”

Umm…yes. One buzzer beater in the playoffs doesn’t qualify you as having “it”. That’s exactly what a lot of us are saying. He doesn’t have “it” yet. Next…

People read into this too much. LA has done this Boston, why not Chicago?

Cause LA and Boston were more about Celitcs vs Lakers… I think Chicago Bulls=Michael Jordan. Thats kinda how I look at it and I think a lot of players do as well thats why there is such a reverence to all things Jordan.

Wold I be mad? Yeah, but it wouldn’t affect my job performance. If she really did fuck West then it’s probably likely that James is used to watching his mom get ran through. At that point it’s not like it would be a shock. I think this is just some dumbshit rumor created by the dickriders to make excuses. Also, that was one shot in a series where they should’ve been swept. If the refs weren’t trying to make the Cavs win he would’ve never even had the chance to take it.

The Lakers and the Celts are about tradition and upholding the teams legacy. They’ve always signed top talent. Chicago doesn’t have that. Chicago’s legacy is Michael Jordan, who’s not only the best player in NBA history, he’s still “young” enough to be fresh in the fans minds. No player wants to follow in his footsteps because they could never get out of the shadow he’s casting.

Until they sign a big free agent this year. And your crazy if you think a coworker banging your mom wouldn’t bug you.

Dude, let it go.

The bulls will sign a big free agent not saying it’s Lebron but they will sign an all star at the least.

An All-Star and a game changer aren’t the same thing. There’s 20+ All-Stars every year, but there’s only a handful of guys that can vault a team into probable title contention each year. Just curious, who do you think they’ll sign?

Did I say that? I said that no matter what Bryant would be in the HOF. Jerry West said Bryant had the best personal workout he’s ever seen, and that was as a 17 year old kid.

Jackson’s probably reigned in Bryant and helped him with quite a few things, but to say what you did is a bit much. You’ve said some absolutely ridiculous things throughout this thread, so no I don’t think your opinion carries much weight on this subject.
Really? Cuse I dont recall saying Kobe wouldnt be in the HOF either way. This whole discussion stemmed from LeBron having little leadership skills and how a good coach can reign that in.

Some ridiculous stuff has been said because we having fun in this thread. Most of your posts are arguing against other peoples comments. Lighten up?

Although ill give it to you that because of your posts that stimulate the back and forth stuff between other posters we’ve completely destroyed the Stanley Cup thread. LOL wait until the Suns Lakers series and we’re going to double their post count by the end of all this!

Oh sorry I should’ve been more clear. I’m betting that the Lakers beat the suns. Anyone so confident the Lakers will lose they’re willing to bet a bottle of Metabolic Drive or Grow!??? DrewH?!?! =D
