I think old Jerry Jones jinx the whole state when he made his bold predictions about the cowboys this year. :)
Well he has nobody to blame but himself, he hired the coach and he made the predictions. Hopefully he is a big enough man to fix the fucking problem.
Step 1: Fire the coach.
Step 2: Watch the rest of the season go down the toilet.
Step 3: Hire a good coach in the off season. I wonder who he will get.

Back to college football, I see Colorado’s Hawkins got fired as well.

Did you read about the deal Texas has with ESPN for $120 million? No offense, but I hope ESPN gets fucked big time out of this deal, lol. They are taking a huge gamble, especially right now with Texas season. I know Texas will improve next year and years to come but I just dont understand why this deal was made, I will have to read more about it.

Well you know Texas has a deal with the golden domers right? Texas will still get high ratings even in down years, and ESPN can pull in even more money with the Texas vs Notre Dame games. I keep saying it college football is also about following the money. When it becomes profitable to have a playoff system we will have it.

I agree its all about money, but I was a bit surprised that the deal was made now. I suppose its been in the works for some time now. I know Texas will have a better year next year and the following years.

Question, do you think if Mack Brown has a bad year again next year he will be fired?

Another accusation again Cam Newton, they really love to go after the guy on top in the football world.

Never asked what you do for a living, but when I moved from medicine to the medical/business world I was very suprised at the speed at which business runs. SLOW, this deal has probably been in the works for a minimum of 2 years.

No I do not think Mack will be fired, he has established a good program. He would have to string along many losing non-bowl years before they fire him. Look at Michigan they still have not recovered from the coaching change.

ESPN.com’s Chris Low writes about all things SEC in his conference blog. The fat guy’s picture attached is the one who wrote this in his ā€œblogā€. I see guys like this and want to punch them in the face.

Innocent before proven guilty.

/story.

^ Just seems to me there is no accountability to the ā€œwritersā€ of ā€œblogā€ sites. They do not verify in my eyes these stories or they would be released in the national media. Just seems like a forum that they can make opinions based on rumor and then no harm no foul.

More allegations against Newton.

My question is this? Where the fuck is the evidence???

There is none. They have simply declared him guilty.

As we know, if you are accused of something then obviously you did it.

My theory is Saban is pissed that he lost another game and will not go to NC. So Saban is leaking this shit so when Auburn kicks his ass he can yell well he is a cheater.

Interesting read here: http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefootball/story/LSU-could-get-a-title-shot-without-winning-the-SEC-West

Basically it lays out how LSU could play in the title game without even winning their division. Not too many hypotheticals.

^ No sir, dont want. My boss is a LSU fan even wears a leather LSU leather belt. He has already been giving me shit about UT this year.

Nor do I. I would like to see a playoff system and a TCU BS title game.

And the Aggies to whoop up on tu
