so what we haven’t talked about is what is happening to BOS next year. Is it finally time to break up their big 3?
I believe Boston’s GM said it was supposed to be a 3 year run from when they acquired the big 3 and now they’re in year 4 going into year 5.

I dare say they will keep them for 2011-12. Pierce, Ray and KG could go another year I think. But watch for some big signings/trades. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Rondo-Howard combo became the focus for the future. Don’t know how that will turn out, but Dwight fits the defensive nature of the C’s. Question is cap space obviously. Can they free up cap space? Can they sign him for cheap?
Shaq is done. I don’t think Krstic will be around for the full season.
Yeah it’s definitely going to be interesting to see what happens to the C’s next year. I think Teledin is pretty much right, I think next year will be the last year for the Big 3 and I wouldn’t be suprised if they trade KG and Ray Allen. I’m pretty excited though to see what they’re gonna do.
An appreciated timely gift from my girlfriend. D-Wade Jersey.
Disclaimer: I’m not a Miami Heat fan but Wade has always been my favorite player. He took over the void left by Dominique Wilkins when he retired.

To be fair, this is not the same Celtics team. Still can’t stand the Heat, but congrats.[/quote]
The only thing missing is Perk who is getting outplayed by Nick Collison on OKC

They all have contracts running through the 2011-2012 season, so they’ll prob give it one more go and try to get some more support.
CHI in 6, OKC in 7. Still lobbying for them to make MEM-OKC a best-of-13

Haha. Once he completes a full season as a Knick I’ll consider it. Nah, Carmelo is great player and I’m glad he came to NY. But the way Wade goes through, around, and over double/triple teams is just sick.
Asik is totally unheralded but he is absolutely ridiculous at defense. Especially help D, for someone so young. I hope we keep him around a looong time.
That DROZE shot high off the glass is literally unstoppable.

You’re a Bulls fan? I thought you are a Wizards fan?

Haha you never listen to me! I knew it!
I’ve only lived in DC for 3.5 years, been a bball fan a lot longer.
^^Where are you from?

CALI and PA. I should probably be a Lakers fan by rights, but my dad/grandpa had so many Lakers/Celtics arguments that I just rooted for the team that was the most exciting to watch (early MJ Bulls). Also, even as a little kid I was pissed at my dad for liking the Celtics even though he was from Chicago, that’s honestly part of why I like them. Ha I was spiteful even at like 5yrs old.
Edit: Technically I was from Visalia, CA (south of Fresno in the middle of the state) so it’s not like I was in the heart of LA. My town had a decent number of Kings fans.
^^Thank god you’re not a Lakers fan. The last thing we need is another one of those in this thread.
