The 2004 Athletic Performance Center Open and Indiana State Powerlifting Championships will be held at Bishop Dwenger High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 22nd. Non-Indiana lifters will compete in the Athletic Performance Center Open, while Indiana lifters can compete in either the APC Open, the Indiana State Championships, or both.
The meet will include a full powerlifting and bench press competition. We are also excited to announce that we should have several massage therapists on site to help the lifters and coaches recover before, during and after their competition and travel. I think that everyone who attends this meet will find it to be a top-notch event.
