I don’t even have the strength to legally post in this thread. But wow. SO motivating. 500 is obviously a huge benchmark for raw benching but that squat is just out of this world, as you say the skys the limit for you. It makes it “fair” that you have that squat when you started squatting from so young! 205 at 11 is just mad, I didn’t even consider trying to get strong or squatting till 17.
Pretty sure hitting this log up before every session I bench/squat/deadlift will add many pounds to my gym total… ha

Damn dude that was a good lift, pretty fast aswell!
I have a question about squats actually
Ive been having trouble getting my arms into position for the squat i guess its because i got bigger in the shoulders and traps area? I cant move them any farther out though because my hands would get in the way when I rack the bar
So the question is that is there a safe way to have a wider grip with squats then the power rack will allow?
right now ive been forcing my shoulders to go narrow enough but my shoulder hurts for like 30 seconds after every set lol
Just do alot of shoulders stretching a couple times a week. I will post a video of the stretch I do before I squat that helps get your arms in closer. Just work on Flexiblity.
Ok awesome man appreciate it!

Gotta give it to you young man…Very impressive numbers on each lift and overall total. Keep training hard and I look forward to see how your journey is on the 5/3/1 program as you get better and stronger.
