Rather than do that, let’s do this.

Is there anything I can present to you that would have you change your opinion on this matter? If so: what is that thing? If I have it, I will present it to you.

If nothing will change your opinion, I won’t waste either of our times.

Can you think of any logs that have followed the same prewritten program for, say, 341 days straight, documented daily and with before and after pictures recently?

I want an answer why don’t splits like chest/back/shoulders/legs/arms, or chest,bi/back/shoulders,tri/legs or anything similar don’t work?
Why doesn’t training regarding to your feeling work, like if you do of course stuff that makes sense, progressive overload and that you feel it’s gonna work?
For example, for back yesterday I did:
Barbell rows 60kgx10 100x10 105x5 105x5 110 kgx6 and then 60x20+
Pullups weighted: +15 kg 4 sets 8-10 reps followed by to failure BW set
Dumbell rows: 42.5 kg 4x10-12
Lat pulldowns: 60 kg x… 70x10 80x10 and then 3 sets of 90 kg x 10-12
Shrugs: 35 kg 10-15 reps for 4 sets

And it was completely going by feel and greater weight than last time I did back training. I also feel sore. I liked it. Maybe I’m wrong, most likely… will try by any means to find some kind of program that will suit me

What specific sort of answer do you want? What actual proof do you require?

So far, you’ve argued against those helping and say that, in your heart, you feel it will work. What could someone present to you that will change that?

If you can link it it would be amazing for me to read it

user of this split may see more results by having a base of strength in compound movements before using this split.

can’t say it doesn’t work. everything works when done for a period of time with progressive overload.

how I feel is a lie. better to use data and a logbook to beat.

doesn’t mean anything.

Here you go. Again, this is a 531 log, because thts the style most of the logs i follow use.

Another thing to note, apart from the consistency, is the effort applied here.

At least we’re going by a quantitative metric

Bodypart splits work well… for a bit. Then they stop working (sound familiar?).
Going to failure works well… for a bit. Then it stops working (should also sound familiar).
You’re overdue for a training regimen revamp and you’re arguing against everyone trying to tell you to do this.

Frankly, I don’t want to waste my time trying to help someone who doesn’t want it. I hope the best for you and your training, despite your best efforts to go against this.

It can work, for some people. The issue is that it isn’t working for you. There are successful trainees who use nearly every method going to achieve their goals, because they all work. They just might not work for you.

It’s the old “spherical cow in a vacuum” problem. Anyone can figure out a method to build muscle and loose fat if you don’t have any outside variables to play with. The difficulty is when you try to apply that to real people with real lives and it all gets a bit messy.

Training by feeling can definitely work for some and if you keep a training log and work with the principles of progressive overload and work extremely hard with consistency then you will see results. The only way to know for sure is to just do it and in 3 or 6 months time take an objective look at your results. I think what many of the experienced members of this community are telling you though, is that this approach doesn’t work for many people. And usually if you are one of the people that can get great results from this type of training approach then you are not asking for help on a training forum.
