all together

I’m 20 years, 5 feet 11 inches tall and I weigh 195lbs. I’ve been training on and off for about 2.5 years. My main goal right now is add a massive amount of size to my frame.

My training has been “so, so” up to this point and it’s time for a change.

My diet sucks and always has, double cheeseburgers are my post-workout meals.

My best lifts right now are…
bench: 330lbs
squat:430lbs
deadlift: a lil more than my squat

Not bad dude nice work by the way in that pic does the roof slope to one side in your house because you look like a 8 foot giant in the forth pic you put up

haha I’m standing on a stool in the 4th pic to show my legs.

Nice physique, and you’re pretty strong as well, good form in the video although it looks like you could have done more weight. If you got your diet in check in worked out on a regular basis now you could make some massive gains.

Great work man. Those don’t look like chicken legs to me, not with a 430lb squat. You have some decent quad separation as well, your back looks solid too. Definitely good work.

im pretty jealous of your squat dude.

nice work will smith.

Good work!

He does look like Will Smith and a giant in picture 4.

Work on:
Traps, more sweep on vastus lateralis, and bigger lats.

Other then that doesn’t look bad even though I’m surprised you don’t have more cut in your legs. Any shots of the glutes/hams?

Legs are strong but don’t look particularly amazing, Traps really need to be brought up.

Everything else looks great, posted all pictures, even a vid to lifts, lol… this guy is flame proof.

OP, good physique, are you looking to get bigger or stay around your current build?

thanks for the comments everyone

couldn’t agree with you more LiquidMercury, but first I need to go do a google search on “vastus lateralis” lol

My ultimate goal is be at 205-210lbs at 5% body fat. Right now my body is around 10-12%.

I don’t really know how my body responds to gaining mass so I’m kinda confused on what to do next to reach that goal.

So far my plan is to bulk up to 225lbs, over the next 6 months if possible. Then I’ll see where my body fat is and go from there.

vastus lateralis = outside part of your quad.

Also, what are you doing in the first pic, are you about to pic a fight with the camera lol.

What kind of workout do you currently do? Sorry if it’s already been posted.

Nice work, I’m actually looking for a build similar to yours + the strength. How does your training look like?
