Dn, keep doing what your doing. Your making great progress. I have seen people like yourself, (males), who didn’t look like they step foot in the gym but are there everyday of the week, four hours a day, ie a 13 year old who spots me in the gym. Yes, a 13 year old, who can bench 275 and balance himself on four weighted balls and do pushups. He constantly gets bashed by his friends in school because they think he is on steroids. Yet, he drinks protein shakes following his workouts (at the gym), while he waits for his mom or brother to pick him up.
Anyways, your progress is awesome, save the early pics for your log and do work. You know what you do in the gym, no need to argue it, take criticism lightly. Keep what you feel is necessary and throw away the rest. If you look on you tube the Bartendaz, Highlandaz, Harlem sealz or calistheics Kingz, these guys workout in the park. They don’t step foot in the gym. Their physiques show quit different. They only utilize bodyweight training. Most people here can outlift them in a gym setting but can’t touch them on the bar.
