Based upon this and your other posts, I think it is safe to say that as a general rule, whatever you say, one should do or think the exact opposite.
You sir are an idiot. Why do you lurk around here on T Nation and insist on offering your advice when you don’t have a clue?
OP - Doing great. Keep up the hard work to reach your goals.

i think you look fantastic! but thats just me !

Are you kidding me, she’s stunning!

You didn’t lose me or anything… Just been extremely busy. Did the whole SAMA thing for a few weeks then got bored with it. Been training my ass off, trying to build more strength and stronger muscles. And its working lol

Arms are getting bigger, little bit at a time. This one is taken a couple months ago.

And this one the other day. Not the greatest picture but it does the trick (for now)

My arms are slowly growing. Loving the progress. I’ve been told my back is looking great (will try and get some more pics up soon), my legs are toning/leaning out nicely and have become very vascular lol

I’m really looking forward to my first massing phase starting end of next month  I’ll continue to post updates

Impressed with the progress. Keep it up!

Well just you and every other red blooded male in the world LOL.

Dn is hawt as fuck… comments about adding size etc are all physique competition related. She knows she needs to add muscle to go to the next level though and she’s working on it. Right gorl?

This thread is a great example of sexism. Had this been a dude posting the original picture, where would the thread be right here? The jokes would be never ending.

I’m not going to do this to be a douche, but because I hate double standards:

DnD, what the hell? You can see what everyone looks like who has the numbers you claim to have. You can wander on over to powerful women to see examples of the gains women are making within their first three months of training and understand why we’re reacting the way we are.

To be completely fair, you don’t deserve a 5.8 rating. Any guy who posted the same physique would be awarded a 1.2 and an ass chewing.

If you eat a carb, you wont die. Learn how to use them at the proper time, grow some muscles, come back, and earn the 5.8 .

I’m sorry for being a douche, but I honestly think it’s warranted, fair, and even asked for considering where you’re posting. I think you have great potential and expect you to use it.

ironcross, I don’t think it’s sexism as much as it is a bunch of guys who’ve never been laid before :stuck_out_tongue:

Your right, you’ve been to my gym and seen me lift weights. You’ve seen my actual size in person and know the kind of person I am. FUCK YOU! I wouldn’t post fake ORM on here just to fit in or anything. I know the amount of weight I can use and consistantly you. I have a great trainer (who is again, smaller in size but can lift more weight with PROPER FORM than a man almost twice his size) but yet again, cause I’m small in statue, your right.

But any ways, some more pictures I said I would post.

Back/Shoulder (these aren’t the greatest pics but they’ll have to do for now)

Back (really hard to capture if your trying to do it yourself)

wot??

i thought the point was that this isn’t a rate my progress forum, it is a rate my physique forum. that is what they say to the guys, anyway. to go train (maybe start a log) and come back to rate my physique in a couple years…

i didn’t think ironcross meant to question your lifts (not meaning to speak for her) rather, i thought she was making a comment on the kind of physique progress and numbers women put up when they start getting serious about the weights. in order to build the kind of physique / muscle that you need to be competitive… what kinds of numbers do you think you will be putting up?

the powerful women’s forum might be a nice place for you to log your progress. to learn a little something from women on the strength / physique journey.

or maybe you wanna keep getting ‘hawt abz’ comments over here…

but ask yourself this: which is most likely to assist me in achieving my goal?

DnD - You have a very proportional body and you look to have small bones. So pretty. And you’ve done a great job getting lean. You’ve been on a serious cut! I’m excited to see where you go with this!

As a point of reference, I’ve been a runner for many years. I started out last summer at 5’2" 106-108. I started out trying to add muscle, not cut. I gained 8-10 pounds this year, so I’m now at 116. I know a newbie guy would be flamed for ONLY gaining 10 pounds but hey, I’m a small 41-year-old female and I’m happy about it. BUT…I’ve been surprised at how little my actual measurements have changed. Like my clothes all still fit. I think I will be trying to gain mass for awhile. I’d say you spent this first year getting a foundation while cutting. The next year will be your year to add size. Your weight is going to have to go up. Probably quite a bit. Muscle is so dense, unfortunately, a pound doesn’t look like much at all. I think I spent a year mostly getting more dense, without getting a lot of hypertrophy. Just to compare strength, I bench 105, only squat 135, and have a trap DL of 185.

I hope this doesn’t offend you, but I know quite a few lean women here in SoCal who have a similar build. Runners, and yoga/ pilates chicks. Since you are done cutting, now you can build. This time next year, you’ll be looking more like a chick who lifts heavy.
