20 y/Old Estradiol 38 pg/ml NEED HELP

My last blood work, I really don’t know what to think, my next blood work I will try to include T3 reverse, DHT, DHEA, SDHEA. I’m 5 months without serms my testosterone before serms was 350 now is 495 but I really don’t know if it will decrease more because my LH is down from 4.1 to 2.8

Testosterona : 493
Lh: 2.8
Fsh: 3.1
TSH: 3.2 (I had 4.8, 3.5, 3.6)
T4livre: 1.2 (0.9 a 1.7)
T3 livre: 0.36 (0.27 a 0.37)

My biggest fear is that my results become always normal and I don’t find the reason and what think I should treat

Do not test DHEA, only DHEA-S

LH changes a lot during the day, so you can’t read trends. You can read the trend on FSH as FSH has a longer half life and levels are steadier.

What are you seeing with body temperatures?

I’ll start to watch my temperatures. Do I need to put in the armpit for 10 minutes?
About adrenal fatigue. Do I need to take medication for the rest of my life or fixing the thyroid would fix adrenal fatigue?

Check oral temperatures when you have not been eating, drinking, mouth breathing or talking. Check when you first wake up and mid afternoon.

I will start checking it. KSMan I was reading and I saw that Vitamin D may increase testosterone levels, is that right? Did you see anybody that has started supplementing vitamind D and his testosterone went up? Because I don’t wanna be on HCG or testosterone since I’m younng. But would be great to be a good testosterone levels just with vitamin D. Also I’d like to know if vitamin D helps with thyroid and E2

What were you reading?

There will not be much hard data either way.

Found here my blood work and 25 Hidroxi-Vitamin D

My result 9 ng/mL (normal: 30 to 60) deficient 10 or below.
Will I see good results supplementing it?
I think it’s other vitamin D blood work but the doctor just asked this one.
I just read that it can increase testosterone but I’d like to read from you that know a lot about it.

From a general health point of view, you do not want to be deficient. The effects may not be noticed, but that does not mean that there is no benefit.

How much sun do you get on your skin? Darker skin reduces Vit-D production.

Vit-D3 is stored in the body and slowly changed to Vit-D25; which is a steroid hormone that is essential for proper gene expression in the cell nuclei. So it has a role in how your DNA works.

I live in Brazil, here we have sun all year. I’m white
What benefits I may feel from supplementing it? Increase testosterone, fat loss too? Does it helps control estradiol? I’ve read that it may helps in the aromatase reducing it but I’d like to read it from you.
What dosage should I start and what is the maximum dosage?

Also I’d like to know which form is better, pills, sublingual? I think I will start at least with 1000 iu. I hope this increase my testosterone because I don’t want to be in injections, also I saw a dr here in Brazil an Anti-Aging doctor and it is very very expensive the treatment is about R$2.500 something about U$1.350 per month

Increasing vit-D will be for general health.

Vit-D3 is made form cholesterol. Do you have cholesterol lab numbers and ranges?

So you spend time in the sunshine? It seems odd that your vit-D25 is so low.

Here, we can get small oil capsules with 5,000iu vit-D3. You need more that 1000iu!.

KSman, by seing my thyroid numbers and my low vitamin D, do you think treating both of them I will be able to get a good testosterone number? Good libido etc? Also the last resort I think I would go since I’m young is going on HCG + AI. I saw a lot of people here in the forum with similar thyroid and testosterone numbers like mine, so maybe thyroid is a thing to deal with. I need to check also cortisol, If I have low cortisol will I need to be on cortisol meds for the rest of my life too? I just want to be normal again I can’t wait to get back to my life

You need to address things that have effects on general well-being. The end result is never guaranteed.

Do you have body temperatures?

I don’t have yet I need to buy a termometer (I don’t know how to write it in English)
I read that people with hypothyroidism has problems absorving vitamin D and B12. Do you think treating hypothyroid would be easier to my body absorb the vitamins?

With varying degrees, thyroid problems can affect every cell in your body and then various problems will occur.

There are different reasons why B12 absorption can be poor, including antacids that reduce stomach acid levels.

Vit-D: This is made in your skin utilizing a modified cholesterol. I do not know why this conversion would not occur in your skin if you are getting enough sun exposure.

We spell it thermometer. This is something basic that should be in everyone’s home. Your English is very good!

KSman it’s possible to a man don’t use any drug like viagra, cialis after being correctly with his hormones? Because I want to fix this hormones problems to have sex again. I’m a little bit worried because I was talking to a guy that used T3 and testosterone but he said that he use cialis to take a good blood pressure and it also helps the prevention of the prostate to swell, I don’t know but I think he doesn’t use any AI with his testosterones, long story short, I’m worried to have to be in this shitty life using those drugs. Also he cycles tremb. But seriously I just want to have sex drive, morning wood, energy and be able to have sex. I can get erection when I’m masturbating myself

Yes. When I started TRT at age 55, I needed sex every day and was good for twice a day. My wife had to put a stop to that. I was not using Viagra or anything like that. The issue is mostly in the brain and how one responds to TRT varies from person to person. What you are wanting is possible. But I have to repeat: E2 management is mission critical as it controls the game.

Do you think a good thyroid panel would help the E2? Because when I had testosterone in 1000 my E2 was 38 so I think maybe increase my testosterone by fixing thyroid and vitamin D maybe will be easy to stay in a good level, at least is what I hope. Thanks once again KSman I ask you a lot of questions because it’s hard to a teenager have this problems. Do you notice anything in your mood your sociability? When I’m very tired, like always, I have difficult to speak well is like being drunk.

TT=1000 and E2=38 is bad, E2 should be in the lower 20’s

Just deal with tyroid issues and stop worrying about secondary effects.

Loosing body fat lowers aromatization to E2. That will be easier if you take care of thyroid.
