I would go back and find a new HRT doctor. Your dosing schedule sucked plus you didnt really wait long enough to see any positived changes. Also, you may have needed a higher dosage. Either that or ask the doc to give you training so you can administer yourself. Then you can give youself weekly injections. If you can afford it ask for androgel and give that a try.

Your levels suck. Alpha Male and TRIBEX only give a moderate increase in test levels. They could possibly help you get to the normal range but then you may have to use those for your whole life. Find a doctor who knows his shit and you will be alright.

The dangers of low t are not somethng to play with.

There is a lot of good advice that’s being posted here. A couple of quick questions . . .

  1. What is your daily caloric intake for a given day? Are you dieting? If so, for how long.

If you’re not sure, go to fitday.com and post the results of an average day’s calories.

  1. How much fat are you taking in per day? What is the ratio of poly/mono/sats? The Fitday results should allude to this.

  2. Exercise regime. How often and what are you doing in the gym? Include non-weight lifting activities as well.

  3. Water intake? Believe it or not dehydration can be linked with low hormonal secretion.

I’m convinced that with a proper diet this can be resolved.
