2 Things I Don't Get

Im gonna talk about people holding on the upper part of the treadmills as this makes me shake my head as well.

ProfX touched on this earlier and I mean no disrespect but his reasoning applies to very few people.Who the fuck has 32"thighs,Except for this guy Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

I brought up guys doing partial squats awhile back and got much the same response, “well if there legs look better than youre’s dont worry about it”. Yeah ok I get that, but that isnt the case.

People wanna feel like there working hard and being hardcore but they realy arent. You wanna squat, get your ass down.

You wanna walk uphill on the treadmill, then lean forward and walk up hill dont just hold on and do much less work.

The point was, if the guys is well developed, OBVIOUSLY what he is doing works. I’ve held onto the rail in the past when I had the incline set over “8 incline”. I was also still working my legs really hard and doing cardio in the process. I was NOT doing it wrong.

If you are talking about untrained non-serious post-sedentary people…why?

Why bring up people who are not serious so much?

You can LOOK at people and determine if they have seen success and if they have, regardless of the specific measurement, leave them the fuck alone as far as trying to find faults.

This would be like some guy with 15" arms telling me I cheat too much on biceps exercises. I may cheat the weight up at times…but that is WHY my arms are this size.

I understand the gallon jug of water, I have a 32oz bottle that I generally fill up again before im done.

I cant stand the guys who lug around there bags with them. There are lockers in the LOCKER rooms.[/quote]

At the few gym’s I’ve been a member of, the lockers are always full between 6pm and 9 pm. It’s annoying as fuck opening and closing every single locker just to find out they’re full. Not sure if this is the case in your scenario.

The bigger and stronger I get, the less I give a fuck about people around me. Although I still giggle at the juicer dudes struggling to squat 205x10 and that dude that benches laying backwards on the bench (his whole lower body is completely off the bench where the spotter should be)
