thanks, not sure. maybe july. need to work more in bench shirt and squat with straight weight before i think about a comp

ended with some band stretching. things went ok, didn’t feel the greatest, i can tell i am in need of a down week very soon, i would like to wait until after next week, but we will have to see if my body agrees. i have vid of the 580/160 x10. i kinda wanted to go 800/160 for another set but jake just advised a lil rep work. prolly a good idea. not sure how much i’m really getting in chain weight but whatev.

wasn’t sure how pulling was gonna go, body is starting to build up some fatigue, especially my back. happy with how tonight went though

ended with lots of band assisted stretching. back and body not feeling great, wasn’t really motivated, kept thinking of shit i have to do for school. just a few more weeks! looking forward to rev band shirted bench on wed and some rev band deads on fri.

shirt work went pretty well. had more left but leaving room to improve. the cable tricep thing was just something i thought about, i think it worked pretty well.

4-15-12 deadlift

that’s all, my raw work went ok, the 725 was still pretty easy. the rest of the work didn’t really go that well. form was off. shouldn’t have tried the 675. was pretty well spent, came off floor good, but bad positioning, never got in a good position on anything, looked over my 705 2" block pull and i think i found some things to work on from the floor.

4-19-12 deload squat/dead

went well. worked on some form stuff for deads, it was hard though, the 225 wasn’t enough weight, i kept breaking it several inches off floor while getting set up at bottom

so that’s all, called it good and went to buffalo wild wings lol. i went with a lil tighter straps on the 1005 and things didn’t go that well. couldn’t get my breath under the bar and then didn’t sit back very well. it’s very noticealbe in the video, but it went up pretty well…yay!
