Hey guys this is my first post, sorry in advance if I post in the wrong place.
Stats-19, 6’,185lbs( started at a chubby 158),training for 4 years.
I’ve been researching anabolics since i was 17 and have learnt a lot over the last 2 years. Very glad i didn’t start then like many of my idiot friends. So, to the point i’ve decided to start my first cycle. I’ll be doing 3x 2week on/4off(Bill Roberts protocol) and then take 4-6 off.
Plan; Day1-test e-500mg test prop-100mg
day2-6 100mg prop eod
day7-200mg
day9-100mg
day11-50mg
day2-14-winstrol 50mged
day1-1mg,day2-29-0.25mg A-dex eod
day-15-29-clomid 50mg(100mg on day 15)
Then 2 weeks off and repeat( will do hcg on the second cycle if i feel its necessary).
Goal:Keeping at least 8lbs post pct on each cycle.
Reasons why i want to do shorter cycles: Less noticeable when gains come( still live at home), less of a chance of getting gyno ect (yes paranoid newbie :P),easier recovery seeing as only the hypothalamus is suppressed in the first 14 days,better for health(less liver problems, less of an impact on cholesterol,BP,acne and prostate).
Also, Ive seen many friends jump on the typical 12 week test and dbol cycle with no hcg or AI, end up with side effects, only to lose most of their gains 2 months after pct( not to mention the depression they got when they looked worse everyday and couldnt get it up).
So just a few questions; is it okay that i am front-loading with the test e?
Is a gram of test in the first week too much for a first cycle?
Is there a better way to run this protocol?
Any suggestions or tips from guys that have done 2on/4off cycles?
in conclusion, please do not tell me im too young or to do an 8 week cycle. i know that i’ll get flamed but i feel this is the best and safest way i could use gear to meet my current goals.This is a life long commitment so im in no rush to be on for longer than i need to be( hope that makes sense)
