My opinion and I may get some grief, go to the anavar, skip the clen, and cut calories. To get the physique your are talking about will take a great deal of mass. These women look great, I’m a big fan of Vivi Winkler haha. You have a great base, I’m willing to bet if you can maintain as much muscle mass as possible while cutting you’re going to be very happy with the results. Keep the weight training consistent, max out your cardio, and cut the calories.
Oh, and go back to your post and cut your face out.
in my experience, walking burns 1/3 of the calories that elyptical does tho…
Dont want to sound like an asshole, but losing some muscle is the very very least of your problems. For a female, it is better to be skinny and lose a bit more, than to weight more than average male and say that there is some muscle underneath.
You dont need Anavar or Clen. You can lose 40lbs from what you weigh now without fcking up your hormones. You really really really need to focus un caloric deficit(not 2000kcal bulking) and cardio. Lots of cardio.
You are at least 3-6 months away from the point where someone could see your muscle or you could start to think you will lose it.
Anyway, dont think about the muscle. Your muscle at this point is the same as a skinny dude with abs. No one cares. Trust me.
Also, if you take clen and anavar now you will lose your newbie steroid gain advantage. You can diet yourself down and then pop Anavar and gain muscle that will pop out in a month.
True, if you do the same time. Elliptical, jogging is more time efficient but less diet effective in my opinion. I think walking is the gold standard for effectively (note: not efficiently) burning fat.
Do explain more pls
How is burning 1/3 of kcals in 2 hours more effective?
No asshole vibes…that’s what the forum is for. I disagree slightly …and have weighed 165 at 5’5" and was a size 4/6 so my weight doesn’t wholly dictate but undeniably I’m fat at the moment and want to cut… like I said I’m incorporating HIIT 30 minutes 3x a week and I was considering adding more longer cardio days i.e. hikes and jogs 2x a week…but I’m not going to stop lifting or trying to maintain muscle. I’ve recompositioned before after my kids (which when I was at the end of my pregnancy’s I gained 50 lbs with all 3) but just not this slow… so yeah I hear you on reducing cals (again I went with that after meeting w a trainer and nutritionist and I too thought the #s were high…this is week 4).
you can GAIN muscle on 2 days a week… i have trained plenty of women on 2 days a week and they all get stronger month by month.
Burning fat is mostly Cals in vs out. But burning fat is also how long you can do kcals in < kcals out and also about metabolic adaptation and hormonal changes. Metabolic adaptation should be kept low and hormonal changes should be avoided as long as possible as the factors inhibit further fat loss and promote muscle loss or stagnation which leads to more calorie cutting and feeling even worse. Most people can’t keep this up then to lose enough fat.
Walking instead of higher intensity cardio (not HIIT necessarily but jogging or elliptical) keeps Cortisol low, burns calories and lowers psychological stress. Which is the perfect combination to:
- Burn calories
- Avoid metabolic adaptation
- Avoid burn out and binge eating or cheating
- Keep dieting and keep seeing results.
So Im of the opinion that very LISS cardio is the perfect addition to weight lifting while dieting.
@mnben87 basically summarized it with: you can keep walking a few times a day up forever
For me, elyptical feels so much more better on my joints than walking. I get lower back pumps, my knees can start to make crunchy noises when i walk too much etc. I actually always feel like elyptical is exactly what you said walking should be. When gyms were open, me and my gf did 1hour of elyptical after every training just for fun… walking for fun is NOT fun at all imo ![]()
I like the Arc Trainer for this same reason…
yes that is also a great one ![]()
That’s the thing about training. There are people who enjoy 3x5 and 5x3 (me) and then there’s people who enjoy 3x10. I get both. I also know lots of people who love riding bikes. I hate it with a passion haha
Ao if you prefer elliptical, that’s great because it is more efficient. I just enjoy walking more and for me, I can keep walking up forever, I love it.
I think the main message here is do something you like, and can stick to. A mediocre program done with enthusiasm and consistency wins almost every time. I like walking and can stick to it, so it is great for me. If someone loves swimming and will stick with it, more power to them. I do find with walking that it is something most people do well with and enjoy.
ah ok, then i understand what you ment… as in - LISS is what is easy for you to do long term…then i agree, only for me its definetly NOT walking ![]()
i have watched whole documentaries and seasons of tv shows while doing elyptical ![]()
i would also - 5-7 years ago i had a stationary bike at home and i did 2x2 hours sessions on it until i couldnt get an erection anymore.
sitting on that thing can screw with a few nerves which are between your legs and can fuck up feeling for women and erection for men… i am never sitting on a bike in my life since i got that ED scare when i was 25 ![]()
Clen is being discussed, what about T3 for females? Alone or in combination with clen.

Yet another reason not to bike as if I needed one
I need to wear bike shorts. They really help especially with a road bike.
Have you tried hiring a coach to put a meal plan together. Honestly, from your pic, you’re not near ready for PEDs. Sounds like you’re putting the work in but the nutrition / meal plan is grossly more important.
T3 is way too catabolic to be used by anyone interested in retaining muscle in my opinion. A little too much can reverse months of training.
Hi vixen, lots of advice here. Have you ever done a female HRT hormone panel? Just to get a peak at your natural levels? That might be worth the funds and effort. If you live in the US you don’t need a local doc you can buy these tests online using the best blood labs in the country. LabCorp or Quest and their prices are reasonable.
I’m a pretty layback dude (very happily married just to get that out of the way) and the first time I tried clen to lose weight OH My! I got the shakes even my 101proof Tennessee whiskey could not tame. I did the whole thing with starting low and working my way up. NOPE with my heart this stuff was just not for me. I really hate to end a post on a negative so I will offer you two weight loss things that really worked for me. I upped my filter water to 1 gal per 24 hours and at bedtime I took a shot of water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar the kind with mother. Every night.
Great picture by the way. Luv the tattoo sleeve. If you need any help reading those bloods several guys here have girlfriends or wives that are on HRT so then can off great advice.
