Gents - First of all thanks for the time reading. I’ll try to keep this brief:
Stats and Situation: 27 y/o, 170 lbs, ~10% bf (the lighting in the pic was kind to me). Training consistently for ~12 yrs, weight fluctuated between 150-185 (weight was lower during my time in the Army, higher when I got out). I won’t bother with lift stats (I’m above average in strength for my weight), but if need be just ask. This will be my 1st cycle, looking to lean down to ~7% bf while maintain lean body mass.
Gear - Forgive me for not abbreviating:
(dBol?) - 25mg @ 2X per day
SUPERSUSTANON - 400MG/ML @ 0.5CC 2X per wk (T,TH)
Equipoise - 400MG/ML @ 1.0CC 1X per wk (W)
With this short cycle (3 on, 6 off to start) I don’t have an AI, but will be taking full dose of REZ-V, milled flax seeds, and heavy Vit C. I will also be taking HOT-ROX throughout.
Training: My training will be 10 sessions per wk, with doubles on M,T,W,TH, upper/lower split, heavy/light split on 2Xdays. Diet will be carb cycling (as I’m further cutting), ~2000 kCal daily with most carbs only for pariworkout nutrition. I’m pretty good with my training/diet, but if you’d like to inquire further please ask away.
My main concern here is because I don’t have any AI. My source was (very) indirect, but from my research is that the 3wk short cycle will minimize the side effects dramatically. Of course I’m looking for sustainable/consistent gains here, thus is the other part of my reasoning for the short cycle. Also, since EQ takes a while to kick in, should I just cut it out completely unless doing a longer cycle?
I’m also open to lengthening the cycle to Test/EQ only, low dosage still with no AI. Thoughts? I know I’m playing with fire here but it seems that dBol is mainly used for bulking (which I don’t mind adding a few lbs of LBM).
