1st cycle test/mast help

Male, 40, 6’1” 270lbs 27%bf

I started trt 18 months ago. Starting test was 203 without ever doing anabolics in the past.

160/wk kept me between 8-900 test

I moved to 200/wk at home after switching from a clinic to a dr. 6 days after I took a blood test and I was 1200ish with 350 free test. I take 1mg anastrozol the day after my shot. That keeps my E around 25-30. Higher than that and my nips feel it and the commercials get me crying. lol.

I’ve been solid in the gym since starting test. About 10 years total of lifting. I’ve leaned out some since beginning and overall feel so much better. A few years ago I had dropped to 204lbs with keto but lost so much muscle on the way down. I’m not doing low carb or keto again, but I want to cut without the muscle loss.

Plan:
250 test C once a week combined with 125 of Mast E also once a week with 1mg anastrozol the day after.

Question: Is that an effective dose of MastE to help retain muscle and cut?

I’m not looking to compete. I just want to look/feel good day to day and focus more on longevity.

If you are gonna eat in a small deficit you don’t really need to worry about losing muscle. If you are going into a high deficit thats another story but really not advisable as you will most likely have a hard rebound as this method is no sustainable.
Masteron is more of a cosmetic drug used with low bodyfat as a muscle hardener pre competition.
Running 300-350test would be more than adequate while cutting. No need to complicate things.

Is there any compounds worth stacking with test C to help in the cut? Or just stick to test at 300-350/wk?

I think 200 every 4 days is about that.

Test is all you need. Drugs don’t burn fat. This is going to be 100% diet and appropriate training/cardio.
My advice would be not to go too deep in deficit and keep protein high and lowish carbs.

If it’s 250mg/ml then you can run .7 Monday and Thursday. That will be 350mg/wk.

The test alone is probably enough, assuming you’re not holding onto a bunch of AAS-induced muscle now, your protein is high and you lift a couple times per week. Your muscle loss will be minimal

Thanks. My highest dose ever is 200mg/week. So I do have some extra muscle from that, but not crazy.

I’m going to KISS and stick to test C only and bump to M/Th .7 of 250 like the other gentleman suggested. Probably do a full pill one of the days and a half pill the other day for anestrozol
