There is no such thing as an MMA “specific” cycle. I would stop thinking that way if i was u.
U also don’t seem to ahve much understanding of these drugs as u refer to “ml/week” u’re going to consume rather than mg/week.
I am in a similar situation to u - in that i’m a combat athlete (fighting K1 rules, so not really MMA, mainly stand-up) - and it took me a FULL YEAR of researching before i dipped into my first cycle.
Do the same.
Firstly, all AAS will increase endurance (through hematocrit volume), strength through androgenic qualities, increase work capacity (through better recovery) and gain mass (as anabolics).
Which of these qualities will be emphasised depends on how u train, how much and what typs of drugs u use, and how much u eat/sleep etc.
of course u’ll have nolvadex/clomid for PCT, duh.
Peopel have advised against Trenbolone due to its negative mipact on cardio, but on a 2wk/on off cycle of tren+test at 350mg a week each - i’ve foudn the complete opposite. My cardio recovery rate is massively increased. Also tren is highly androgenic - the more andregenic the compound, the more aggression, which has also fuelled my work capacity.
But then other people struggle walkng up a flight of stairs on tren. But then a lot of people use tren to cut, and will be take clen/albuterol along with it. These drugs will do wonders for your cardio - but nothing to help you gain 5kg of lean mass.
MMA is a complex sport, and at any one time you will be focusing on different qualities.
Ur goals are very broad, you need to be MUCH more definite.
I would narrow down goals to specifics such as - help with grappling, help with anaerobic endurance, gain mass to go up/down a weight class, alter body composition, increase pure strength - explosive strength etc… or just an aid in recovery to train harder.
There’s so many facets to MMA that u can;t just have a broad cycle aiming to hit them all. I mean you can, but u’ll be much better served in hitting specific goals.
I train with specific goals in mind (working on stand-up gain, working on take downs, working on work capacity etc…) so your cycles should be more specific.
Bottom line, you’ll be reacting to these drugs in ur own exclusive way. If this is ur first cycle, i would run a test only cycle and see how that works for you. And then experiment with different protocols and different drugs and READ.
Ultiamtely, what i’mi saying is, it is STUPID and naive to ask for a “cookie-cutter” MMA cycle - no such cycle exists.
