Tough to say. My static strength is horrible. Especially my deadlift is holding me back. I’d say 2 years at least for my deadlift, depending on my ability to progress and not get injured to often. My overhead strength is closer to what it needs to be but also needs 1~2 years, again depending on said factors.
@Aero51 : Recently tried that but it didn’t work out. Will try that again at some point though.
