Trap bar RDL 3x10x185 although I hit the reps I’m staying at this weight. I think some of the reps were shallow ( not getting my hips back) so I want stay here and get better

I get the motivation at home thing. I like my home gym, but I also like the atmosphere of the public gym. I trained at home today, but almost pulled the trigger and went to the public gym. I was just too lazy to drive into town.
That’s it exactly… I think it will also help me as the weather shifts up here I’ll be able to get outside for HIIT and carries.

Sandbag Carries various positions 1370 steps…I added some weight to the bag its about 90lbs based on how much sand I have leftover… I’ll do hammers and gripper later…
