Im not from america so this does not apply to me.
Currently manage to get from this website: Buy Tadalafil Online from 67p per Tablet | Simple Online Pharmacy . A total of like 35-40 euros for a months worth of cialis supply. Not too bad but not cheap either. Will be searching for other sources, but authenticity of the product is more important. I cant buy it from pharmacies because it is not over the counter in my country.
Sorry this has been my third post in a short amount of time, but I’m blind here and need advice.
I was on TRT and my ranges were around 15 in the scale provided here, 9-27. I blasted for some time and this is my current Testosterone Levels (Free).
My question is how do I drop back down to those normal levels and start taking proper TRT again?
I took 500mg a week for around 4 weeks two months ago, and have been taking around 250mg since then, all UGL stuff.
Im guessing I stop all UGL stuff now, and when do I take my Testosterone Undecanoate shot?
Get off 500 mg per week. Go to a competent TRT doctor.
No I took 500mg 2 months ago. Now I ve been on 200-250mg for like 4 weeks or so. I stopped following the doctors advice of nebido.
Now i want to go back to his protocol with his medicine but before i can go to him, i need my testosterone levels to be normal.
I figured Id do this,
Last shot I took was 3 days ago of ~100mg testosterone cypionate (UGL stuff so dose might be higher or lower.
Next week or the week after I ll take my 1g Nebido shot (Testosterone Undecanoate). I figured that after 2.5 months ( Just in time for my next Nebido shot), I’ll be as good as I were before when I was on proper TRT

Is the 1g of nebido your prescribed dose? If so I’d just wait a week or two after taking that and call the doc. By the time you get in thw t-cyp will be gone or the equivalent of background noise.
You may not have a lot of options where you are but I’d look for a different doc or talk to them about using Test C or E. Easier to get the dosing right I think, though only t-cyp here.

So as per my previous post (19 Yrs Old, Prescribed TRT. Want to Try Increasing Natural Test Instead - #37 by unreal24278), I decided to go back to my endocrinologist/physician and use his trt protocol with Nebido.
He instructed me to take 1g of Nebido (Testosterone Undecanoate) every 2.5 months, so 1 shot of 1g every 10 weeks.
Do you think that I should do as he said, 1 shot every 10 weeks, or split it in 2 shots for example, or more? (Keeping the same dose of course)
Nope. Break it into weekly weekly shots. Or once every two weeks. It will take a while to build up. Nebido is slow to accumulate and slow to leave your system.
Nebido needs to be administered by an experienced physician deep im in the gluteal muscle. I guess the physician is doing this so you won’t have the possibility to split doses.
Subq is possible as well as per a recent study.
No, the physician doesn’t do it for me.
Before I used to go to clinics and ask for a nurse to do it for me, but I learned how to do IM shots on my own now so it shouldn’t be a problem.
I could be wrong here but I think weekly would be too much since that protocol is used for enanthate/cypionate, and Nebido has like twice the half-life of those two.
By too much I don’t mean it like it will cause harm, just won’t make a difference more than every 2/3 weeks I meant.
There was a guy last year that had reported injecting 20mg Nebido daily (insulin syringe), it just becomes about the appropriate dosage.

That’s the best scenario I’m sure. For reducing aromatisation and having steady levels, but too much of a hassle for me to inject daily. I need to forget that I’m on TRT, not be reminded everyday heh.
I guess everyone’s aggreeing on one point though, the more frequent I can, the better.
If having sides injecting larger infrequent doses and not showing benefit, then absolutely. I wasn’t saying inject nebido daily, I was only making the point that you can inject nebido more frequently.
There is absolutely no point in doing daily Nebido injections. Thats like eating a bowl of spaghetti by swollowing 10 noodles per hour ignoring that you have a stomache…

Tell that to the guy that was saying he felt amazing on daily nebido.
It’s more even to break that big shot up. You don’t really want to wait out the half-lives before the next dose, you want a stable level. Same amount total, just spread out so the level is actually level, and not up and down. Nebido complaints are mostly that you feel it’s gone for weeks before the next shot.
