You need more arms

Well. You certainly did not post any of the standard poses, but for 150ish pounds you’re looking in the right direction. Keep it up.

You’ll probably want to update with your diet, goals and other training info so people can rate you right.

you’re definitely lean… just more size overall.

Heres the deal. You have great potential to add a ton of aesthetic mass. But this isn’t a rowing forum. Youre small as hell. You have a lot of muscle for 150lbs but that’s still not saying much. If you dont want to get big your in the wrong place. If you do start eating a lot. Accept some fat gain and work hard.
