19 yo 6’2" 215 lbs
Playing small level college football. Not training to be a body builder but wanted some feedback on how I was looking. Please ignore the zebras in the background lol

Try to keep it healthy as possible but thats not easy being in college. Usually 1 or two protein shakes during the day depending on my schedule and just make sure to eat the healthiest foods in the caf. Lots of chicken and chocolate milk. Its not to planned out Ive always just been naturally pretty skinny.
Look’s good! Once your football career is over you will be able to focus on your training and things will take off. Looks like you have done your leg work so you will be ahead of most guys.
Not bad-- no softness, good physique for your age. What’s your cardio like? If you want bigger legs quickly, a really good combo is lots of squatting and cycling. Worked wonders for me a few years ago and earned me the name Quadzilla. Just make sure you focus on your hams too!

cycling like stationary or on the road? Its winter here so road is out.
