Just something I came across but worth a try maybe??
Also have you looked into heavy metal detox?
Mercury poisoning can effect the endocrine system and has a really strong effect on thyroid function and the rest of the body
Incase that link didn’t work I suggest getting some organic cocoanut oil and taking two table spoon daily. It’s good for you has good fats in it and can only do good even if it doesn’t work for the brain fog!! You have nothing to lose here
I would like to tell you that 2 days ago I put 6 pumps of axiron on me in one day. At first it didn’t really do much.
However, I am now finding that my temperatures in the morning have gone up. This Morning it was 98.1. Ill see what it is in a few hours time. My brain fog has also disappeared to an extent. I think I can push myself to study now as well as push myself to lift weights.
I’m inclined to do axiron treatment for a week, in the expectation my HPTA axis will shit down. I don’t want to waste a month in waiting because I have and want to do so mug in the next month.

Noticed that I am more warmer then usual. I really feel no different. Brain fog is still extreme. Found a lyme literate doctor in my area and will be booking an appointment shortly. Buying Organic Virgin Coconut oil tomorrow. Apart from is anti-biotic and anti-virial properties, I am hoping it can elevate with some of my brain fog issues while I seek explanation. I appreciate iw84aces enlightenment.
I have taken Trasndermal T for the last 4 days. It helps 2 hours after application. I should stop before HPTA completely shuts down.
I haven’t had a chance to look at the panel number I will let you know what I desided on. I know it’s the comprehensive lime panel with DNA testing. If you test positive you can add co infections stuff later and they will charge you as a package not individual testing. The one I picked after speaking with them was just over 400 dollars. You can order the kit and pick your poison later.
My temperatures have been way up. I have taken transdermal cream for the last 10 days. My energy is higher then usual. My ED hasn’t really improved, but my libido has a little bit. My brain fog is still horrendous. My concentration and short term memory is improved, but this improvement coincided with 3 tablespoons of coconut oil daily, which I have started 3 days ago. It’s supposed to provide more energy to the brain due to Medium Chain Triglycerides. It has helped with my ability to learn and my memory, but my brain fog has not improved. It seems to have improved my ability in functioning in autopilot, rather then my conscious ability. To put this in context, around a week ago I was finding that I was doing math without thinking about it, much like how people play piano purely based on their ‘seemingly’ mechanical memory of finger movements. Kind of hard to explain, pretty irrelevant anyway.
I am seeing a naturopath on Tuesday. I had a talk with her; she really knows her stuff. She is going to do all the labwork I will require and she is open to my ideas.
I went through a very high stress period from age 14-17. I also leave in a household where my parents are all conquering. My psychiatrist says I need to get out asap as my parents are egotistical and unwilling to understand situations rationally. I am not constantly stressed, but I have low form anxiety because of them. I have strong belief that my adrenal function maybe down the shoot, which may be causing all of my cognitive impairment. My transdermal cream runs out in 7 days time. After that I will not be taking testosterone. I will be expecting that my energy will decrease substantially to my formal state fairly rapidly.
Today’s temperature
97.7 F 7:00am
98.8 F 12:00pm
98.5 F 6:40pm
My temperatures have been like this since starting testosterone treatment.
Yeah I am getting close to a conclusion to all this. I believe that once I get my adrenal system fixed I’ll be fixed up. I’ll probably have to be on some form of TRT because I might be predisposed with an androgen issue. If I don’t have to do TRT now I’ll probably end up doing it when I am 45 when my test falls. I don’t know my FT at all so I can’t make any conclusions yet.
I don’t know if I am growing in height. I have stopped growing since I was 15. I have red accounts, however, that people have grown a few cms when taking TRT. It’s quite possible I have grown a cm in the last 2 years. I think it’s important to note my whole HPA axis has been shunted with my stress or other predisposition. This may have slowed my height growth, and I may have more potential. One guy had stated he grew an 1inch at 27 after start TRT.
I have considered those tests and will be doing so soon. I would love to grow a few more inches, but I should have taken some anastrozole as teen for that, too late now.
I haven’t ruled it out. Doing research on the adrenal system, stress and cortisol and shifted my mind from Lyme as a probable cause because I underwent chronic stress. It’s still possibility, but I don’t think that this is the issue. I will still test for it if I don’t get some conclusion within the next month or so.
I’ll post what I want to get tested a little bit later. I might not get all the tests done because I do not know whether or not the naturopath has free tests to pathologies. In Australia, all blood tests, urine, saliva and stool tests are free, no matter what test it is. If the naturopath is not apart of the system, I’ll leave the generic tests for the endocrinologist, and get the more rare tests like rT3 and cortisol test via saliva done through the naturopath. I very excited for a possible conclusion in the next month. 4 months too long.
I doubt she knows about rife. Australia is pretty slow with these things. It sounds intriguing but I am open minded. I bring both skepticism and openness to this types of concepts. I will have to do more research. I understand that other countries such as Germany and Russia are already using these technologies for their patients. It’s not something that I’ll travel out of country for, my parents would allow it, and neither would my wallet.

After reading a lot about Lyme disease today I can confirm that if I had Lyme disease it would be a milder form then what other people have. The only time I can attribute any circumstance to possible lyme would be in year 1 where I got conjunctivitis from our pet cat. I also remember on the side of my right eye a circle type ring that I thought was a worm underneath my skin.
I put a bandaid over it so no one could see it. The ridiculous brain fog, worsening of symptoms, extreme fatigue and the feeling of detachment with my environment is something I can defiantly relate to. Currently, mainstream medicine denies existence of Lyme disease in Australia. Probably untrue. I am hoping its not, but I don’t think low testosterone can cause such bad brain fog and fatigue. I know it can decrease energy, but does it eliminate it? I’m not too convinced.
When I see the endo he’ll probably get me on TRT. I get him to do a bloodiest through Igenex to see whether if I test positive. If I do I’ll probably have to see a Lyme disease expert in Sydney. If that’s the case then this is going to cost so much money.
Fingers crossed.

^^^ this should not be ignored… Post your email please and after I get it take it down… I will watch for it and I get emails when you post in this thread.
i have some fairly similar symptoms and i also have had a stressful period for about a year or so. i also believe my hormone imbalancement were a result of it. i havent had any tests done besides thyroid.
i guess i knew something was going on but i kept getting convonced otherwise by my gp. i get my license back soon so ill be finding new gps who actually knows his shit. in the meantime i have ended up on a new diet, no refined sugars, junk etc.
exercise should not be cardio, itll stress your body out more. you need to introduce intensity gradually.
on my own research i have resorted to organic extra virgin coconut oil and organic maca root. coconut seems to help but its too early to tell. i havent tried the maca root yet but its supposed to help balance your hormone levels. its a superfood… i have slight discomfort with my eyes, sensitivity to light and it feels strained. i have gained 11kgs in 4 months from working out and strict diet.
ive been followinf this post, i feel we share closer issues than we think. i used to have reallt bad diet, maccas consistently, coke and just junk. maybe that couldve triggered something. i used to be really quick witted and gutsy but now i feel fatigued, unsocial, slow, brain fog and mental clarity, memory issues too. my friends always have to remind me of things from the past. i never was like that.
twos better than one, so we can quit wondering if somethin has worked or not and refer to each other.
oh and for the maca root, read on its side effects.
I understand. I went to a naturopath. She was so hot.
She knew just as much as me with problems, and a little bit more with vitamin an mineral deficiencies. She said (I pretty knew this anyway) that I have sub clinical hypothyroidism and really low test levels. She believes that I still need to be on T3 and testosterone for short term, even though she is all about getting your body producing as well as it can.
I am getting rT3 and 4 x saliva cortisol test done soon so they’ll be in a couple of weeks.
@Twistnchurn. I do not know whether our symptoms are caused by the same problems. I may have had hypothyroidism and hypogonadism as a predisposition when I was born, which may have aided in my inability to handle stress. They very fact that my immune system is great suggests my adrenal system may still be going ok.
I advise you to make your own thread so people can track your progress.
Honestly you done more for me here then anyone else on this forum, and your right in almost every occasion. It only seems like you are always pushing your case with what has been happening to you on other people even if you don’t mean it. It’s probably just your way of you presenting ideas to other people. Some people are unable to look past your apparent anger in some of your posts and take it on the logic.
I didn’t want you feel bad about what I said, and I hope you don’t because I appreciate your input and your open mindedness. We need people to think outside of the box and display any ideas that could possibly provide the problem. KSMAN has done well but it may be over weighting the importance of Iodine. He has missed out on the importance of selenium supplementation with iodine, so that’s a problem. From that point of view I completely understand where you at coming from.
Ps. Can you email me so I know I have spelt my email address correctly?
