“Cutting” is a bad idea. A 6 week cut is even more pointless.
You arent big. If you want to lower your bodyfat % you should do that via adding lean mass. You dont have nearly enough muscle to keep your metabolism high while in a caloric deficit.
But none of this realy matters because 6 weeks of retricted calories is a complete waste of time. You likely wont see any significant changes so in essence youre just spending 6 weeks accomplishing nothing substantial while you could be adding muscle and getting stronger.
