Did some bench today, will be switching to more Db, football bar, Close grip, Slingshot instead of comp bench soon for a bit. Hit some close grip row, Db press, Back extensions and some shoulder stuff. I was so hungry I left after that to get a whole pizza. Was weighing in light 191 after the pizza.

Almost didn’t make it through todays session. Hit a big 4x4 on deadlift but it kicked my ass so bad the squats after moved pretty bad. Finished with some light good mornings. I did record the deadlift sets.

Hit bench today. think I finally got something to loosen up the shoulders pretty good. Started with football bar bench, Slingshot, light dual cable rows, weighted dips, and close grip bench

The bar speed you have at 665 is insane.
Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that those lifts do not count, because SUMO IS CHEATING BRAH!

Lol I would be very disappointed. I know there are a few guys close but I want to be one one to do it. Not the one that beat a record set two weeks prior.
Will have to switch up days next week cause I’m starting classes and don’t want to squat and dead after class but benching will be ok. Did bench work today. Started with close grip tng, Db press, Pull-ups, shoulder press, weighed dips and called it the cause some guy was using the machine I wanted and I didn’t feel like sticking around.
