Hit 360,380 and 400 singles on bench no hype. 460 on the slingshot was a bit too much.
Got real sick over the last week. Bodyweight got down to 191 lbs. Just getting over it. Haven’t hit the gym since last Wed. Hoping I can go tomorrow. Gonna do some lighter bench and back and maybe throw in a leg exercise in there. This cold really kicked my ass.

Still have a cough and sore throat. Bench fell off a cliff. Struggled with 320x3 last week. All around just coming back slow. Bodyweight is high 190s
Not sure what I had initially but was told today had the beginning stages of bronchitis. So getting that taken care of and going from there. Feel decent just a cough for the last 3 weeks. Benched 305x3 and 335x3 yesterday. I’m also messing with adjusting my lifting schedule cause I’m not 25 anymore. 35 incase anyone is wondering. I used to have to squat or deadlift 3 days during the week. I’m putting my secondary squat day with my main deadlift day. Here’s the break down now I’ll be running with to see how it goes

Wednesday - bench and accessories

Friday main squat and Snatch grip conventional +accessories and Larsen press
