Exactly, that’s what makes it fun… The anonymous part.
Yes you did, you stated you had more potential than another whilst inserting an emoji in response to someone asking what you’re accomplishments currently were. That was what I pinpoint to the the start of it all.
Done here, that was my final post
No, it’s what makes you an asshole if you get you’re rocks off irritating others online who initially tried to help you. Fortunately I don’t think you’re actually a bad guy, I think you’re just getting defensive in response to some of the replies you’ve received. You didn’t expect harsh criticism and thus instead of dealing with it like a mature, well rounded adult… you became defensive, made rash, immature replies and started trying to irritate others for no good reason
I’ve had no help, other than "don’t do it " I just wanna be prepared for the future but no you guys have this ego or jealousy that you can’t get over. I got fed up with being nice to people who just keep nagging at me. Give me answers and part ways simple, what do you think I can gain with my current physique? Oh is it a shitty photo? all good just say so and I get one from the gym… Instead of all this bullshit drama
If you think we are jealous of you, then perhaps I’m not the one that’s delusional. If you want advice regarding harm minimisation besides “don’t do it” you need to prove that you already have an adequate knowledge/grasping of what you intend to do… and the notion of an anavar only cycle isn’t a good first impression at all.
You can’t expect to be outright fed spoon fed advice, you need to have the base foundation of knowledge at the very least before asking for help. Regardless, I’m signing out in relation to this topic. Do whatever you want, I don’t care anymore
You’ve yet to ask me anything about what is my perspective on a cycle… I literally have an entire plan laid out that took me weeks to make doing months of research, have you asked for that? NO CAUSE ALL YOU GUYS WANNA DO IS HATE.
I’d ask to see it and perhaps even critique it/ offer advice regarding harm minimisation tactics, but after you’re behaviour I’m honestly not interesting in helping anymore
That’s completely fine, I’ve just proven my point.

Stop replying
He did, he doesn’t need you to tell him… The first thing you done was hate on me Dexter so please leave also.
Jesters is a really good album. Clay man is also really good if you haven’t listened to it yet.
Listened to all of them, stopped after a sense of purpose
Keep in mind, as the new guy in here, YOU are the “Random”. You want to post a cycle, go ahead. You look like you lift, so well done. No pics show us anything real, but that’s okay. If you’re scared then just say so. Maybe you have potential, maybe not. I don’t have a problem with an 18 year old getting on, if he understands the consequences. And there are a lot of them, and most of them you are probably unaware of.
You can call me a hater too, whatever. I’m a twice your size and old as dirt, so I’m unaffected. I have won stuff and you could be helped. Don’t be a goof.
Okay. What do you mean by “No pics show us anything real”
I got a view of your arms, and a less than optimal view of your shoulder. No legs, no chest, no back. Hard to see where you’re at.
I’m not good with posing and not sure on how to show my strong points. I’ve got another picture from the gym but idk kinda the same thing but better lighting .
Find a girl that does a lot of good selfies and get her to take the pics. They have weird magical abilities with phone cameras.
Nice forearms (serious compliment, they’re up to par/even better comparative to you’re arm development)… that’s rare and is either due to genetics or time spent employing direct work
I find forearms tend to be one of the most impressive muscle groups when well developed. Big arms look nice when in the right kind of clothing… but big forearms glare out no matter what
Thank you!
So, direct work? How often if so?
Give me that forearm routine lol
Or is it just one of those “heavy deadlifts without straps, carrying exercises” etc
I train a lot of the time heavy on back days, so I believe that’s the culprit but I do train my forearms directly. I do a lot of hammer curls, reverse dumbbell curls and barbell but that’s about it, so like I said I’m certain it’s either from heavy back days or like you said genetics. I usually get an insane pump in my forearms while doing back, I have to use my straps on back days in order to get a better contraction in my lats by cancelling out the forearms, as they will usually dominate the lift…
