You:
I get it, these forums are full of hate and anti-steroid. I’m out of here. Keep trying to get that 300lbs bench press, can’t believe you haven’t hit that yet… I was 16 when I did, actually it was a 305lb bench press paused rep. ![]()
That’s soon to come
I got more potential than you. Anyways later man these forums are full of anti-steroids and hate
LOL there’s a whole section devoted for Pharma and you think this site is anti-steroid. Quit playin.
My sub-300lbs bench is a drug tested state record, so feel free to compete at a drug tested USPA meet and break it. I’ll be at Natty Nats this summer, and you can too if you don’t go on cycle.
You wish. Your pic was completely average. Good luck using gear as a crutch at 18 years old.
You’re wack… jealous af
I could easily do a drug tested 300lbs bench press. Are you mad? that’s simple, I guess you started lifting too late…
Aww, lil baby gonna cry?
So do it in a meet then.
Mature.
Okay? lol
Aww, lil baby gonna cry?
Lmao… You really represent a lot of how people are on this site…
Cry more
What do you mean?
Can you elaborate?
I apologise, that wasn’t my intent (didn’t wish to egg on the development of potentially harmful ideology. I’ll make it right @demidabs, my post was in no way condoning the notion of you using gear… you don’t need gear and the potential repercussions are extensive. I don’t wish to cross over into fear mongering territory… but trust me… livelong TRT, especially at this age is a bitch. Particularly when you have to explain to numerous medical professions the notion that you’re a (healthy) looking child on testosterone when asked “what prescription medications are you on”… there’s also the injections (gets old after a while)… furthermore the notion off neurological dysregulation inducing long lasting sexual dysfunction (from gear)… personally I don’t think this side effect matters at all compared to the more serious, longer lasting effects such as the development of premature onset cardiovascular disease/cardiac ailments that would’ve otherwise never occurred (cardiomyopathy), nephrotoxicity (kidney problems are a very under recognised issue stemming from AAS, particularly FSGS… and yes, even test over time can cause this), potential effects on cognition… but the cardiovascular complications are some of the most concerning, as is the notion of prolonged shut-down whilst still in school/university (do you know what it feels like to have a TT of 100ng/dl… it’s not great…
I understand (especially due to the fact that I myself am a teenager and thus we may share similar mentality) that you may decide to use the gear anyway and simply not document the use… in which case, you’re making a moronic decision, seriously… this might be one of the biggest mistakes you ever make… or not… but there’s serious potential for long standing repercussions (particularly endocrine in nature). Many will say (esp at our age if they’re dedicated to gym and want to use gear) “but many kids use recreational drugs, we don’t see them getting chewed out for that”… perhaps so, but there isn’t much of a comparison here, with recreational substance you’re looking at a 12 hour or so window of harm (which can be immense, you can easily drop dead from one night of hard partying), you’re body bounces back fairly quickly from a night of drinking/whatever you do (however ethanol induced damage is substantial, really bad for you… just societally accepted… perhaps not in the US but just about everywhere else first world) anabolic steroids are chronic, systemically inflicting damage 24/7… you’re endocrine system will recover a day or two post ethanol consumption (unless prolonged, heavy use occurs), you’re endocrine system may never recover from AAS use…
Should be noted, there are some who will never look like brickhead gear or without gear, some simply don’t have the genetics to look that good… Just because one guy is natural doesn’t mean that everyone can attain that particular physique. Still, the concept of natural bodybuilding is one that is now often overlooked for the notion of gear, people tend to rely on the drugs for everything nowadays (perhaps myself included) as it IS a shortcut when abused… Many will just blast insane dosages they have no business even eyeballing, achieve a semi decent/very good physique… at the cost of sacrificing longevity for some gains…
You’re tailspinning in this thread kid. Other members here are giving you solid advice. If you want to prove you’re not the average 18 year old… reel it in and take a few newbie licks of advice. Also if you have the potential for great feats of strength then go to a competition. Make it count my man. I don’t feel bench press is a good measure of overall strength and could care less what I bench, I don’t even do the exercise anymore. It is part of the big three though and if you have great potential go to a meet and show the world. Establish yourself… break records. You will be taken seriously … until then I doubt people will care what you lift in the basement of your Dads house.
300lb bench is a state record? For what weight class? If you’re like 225 and can bench 300 that’s good, but it’s not state record level… or is it? I’m not well versed, I just know I COULD bench like 230 at one point… would now probably struggle with 190-200 as I haven’t benched in like 6 months due to shoulder pathology
He was talking down to me, so I put him in his place. No need to defend him, dicks get what they deserve.
In my opinion at this point this forum is entertainment lmao!! The amount of people posting hate is incredible, though there has been a small percent of good advice otherwise It really proves that the older guys have a bit of bottled up jealousy.
