Prediction : you will put on 15- 20lbs, you’ll be on cloud 9; you’ll come off, and within 12 weeks you’ll be 145lbs again… because you don’t have your nutrition and training locked down.
You don’t take an AI for that.
im eating clean fucking food and this guy with no picture of himself tells me that my diet sucks lol
He’s telling you, you arent eating enough. You are 18 wanting to gain weight, mass, muscle.
500gr rice (uncooked weight)
700gr chicken breast (uncooked weight)
6whole eggs
4egg whites
200gr oats (uncooked weight)
small salad for vitamins isnt enough ?
Will you also utter the proper incantations to ward off the Yeti? Because that has roughly the same amount of science behind it, so it can’t hurt, right?
Your adex dosage is insane. You want to avoid deca dick but you’ll replace it with another form of ED caused by smashing your e2 into oblivion? Why?
Is that for breakfast?
lol maybe stop trolling and give real advice ?
You’re a young, immature, hot head who thinks he has it all figured out. Eating clean, and eating enough are two entirely different concepts. You could eat nothing but 1 salad a day, and that salad might be clean, but it’s not enough. If you’re not growing, and you’re not, given your prepubescent size, then you’re NOT EATING ENOUGH.
You want to know how I know? Because I was you, although I weighed less than you. I thought steroids were the answer. I thought my diet was clean. But I put on 40lbs naturally, FIRST, before risking everything with AAS.
No , apparently that isn’t enough, because you’re tiny… I don’t weigh in grams, but I believe that’s 3,000 calories or below? Could be wrong. Either way, if it’s “around” 3k Cal, then no, it’s not enough.
If you saw a picture of him you’d listen. The dudes a tank
Lol @ trolling from the 66kg, 18 year old kid who wants to use anabolic steroids.
SB
I didn’t know I needed a profile picture to give advice… I’m not big by any means, and newer to AAS, but I have a decent knowledge of natural lifting, and nutrition, as well as being a hard gainer. Left photo was where I got naturally, after years of complaining that I couldn’t gain weight and that I ate healthy.
Damn, drops mic and walks out. OP you are 145 lbs, I wrestled at 5’10" 152 super lean but no mass when 18. Natural you should be 170-180 lean easy before doing any of this.
Not how it works
This is how it works
Not entirely how it works, AAS bloat comes from numerous mechanisms, of which may occur regardless of sodium intake
You’re too young
It is too heavy
Not how it works, nandrolone induced erectile dysfunction is neurologically mediated from metabolites of the compound alone, a test/deca ratio is nothing but bioscience regarding whether it’ll help
Perhaps, for some the neurological alterations stemming from nandrolone can be permanent, or fairly long lasting.
Never use HCG during PCT, it’s an LH mimic (that’s how the male body detects it), thus it’ll prolong any negative feedback loop you’re trying to recover from.
Wouldn’t be 66kg if this were the case (unless you’re my height and like 7% BF in which case… not bad at all…
Also ways to look good without AAS, esp if you’re an “extreme ectomorph”, those types tend to be able to put on lean mass with minimal fat, thus acquiring a ripped, athletic type physique may be attainable, and girls tend to really be into that.
Actually you are, and many won’t be able to progress where you are naturally or with gear (lack of dedication, training, genetics etc). If the dude if like 5’4, 145 and 6-7% bf it’s actually pretty good. But he’s probably taller as very few are my height. You’re current physique is mightily impressive too, don’t downplay yourself. I know bigorexia can be a fickle bitch, but take the compliments from others who see you’re pictures, you have a damn nice physique
Much appreciated brother! Just trying to knock it into his head that he absolutely doesn’t need AAS at this point. I was that kid when I was younger, so it’s a message I try to spread when i can. 100% agree we all have different genetics, but unless something is seriously wrong, the vast majority of “ectomorphs” just need to eat and train differently. Once I figured out how to eat and train for my genetics and build, I gained and gained.
Hate the thought of kids risking so much, for something that can be done naturally.
I do appreciate your support, information, and compliments man!
Almost everyone can gain, they just need to not just do what everyone else does. That’s the problem. What I would eat and do has very little to do with what you or the OP would eat and do. I gain just thinking about eating, I have a cousin who couldn’t get over 135 lbs period. If he did what I do, he’d be 120 lbs.
Exactly. I trained for close to two years and barely gained any weight. I started eating differently, eating more, and training differently, and it made all the difference. Training for your body type and what works for you is key.
I have to eat over 4,000 calories and do zero cardio just to move the scale.
All kids are, myself included. Many adults are no better, they merely acquire leeway because of a designated age bracket. This guy has no business using gear at ALL… but most adults in this game won’t listen to reason nor logic either. Case in point would be using 200mg trt when you don’t need TRT for additional glycogen storage. I’m not intending to be a dick, but many a times when we dispense advice towards another we fail to acknowledge said advice could also be interpreted as being relevant towards ourselves.
You have familial hypercholesterolemia (uncontrolled), yet you still use gear… have ideology within you’re head of which states you’ll suddenly be entirely content the second you hit 210… I’m telling you that’s not how it works, in this game… no matter how big/shredded we get there’s always room for improvement. I’ve felt on top of the world with a pump, thought “oh if I looked like this 24/7 I’d be so happy, everything would be fine”… then I get to said size unpumped, get a pump and still have the exact same thought process.
For me… I have MANY health problems, I’m anaemic, I’m young, I have chronic pain, hypogonadism, elevated LFT’s (currently) yet I’m STILL going to use gear (albeit very low dosages)… is it a good idea? HELL no, its akin to being just as irresponsible as this guy in question.
Others will still use gear even when faced with the sobering reality of horrifying bloods/crippling sides. The truth is, we will justify just about anything if we enjoy it… it’s easier to blast someone regarding advice on what to do when it isn’t us. The notion that you have to “earn” using gear (to me) is ludicrous, if you know how to train/diet (this man probably does know how to train, but the dietary requirements he hasn’t figured out yet), I see no reason why you should arbitrarily be required to put on X amount of lean mass before suddenly “earning” a gear card based on age/training experience. I think it’s more about harboured ideology, knowledge pertaining to the risks/rewards and ability to grasp the potential long term effects in a realistic, unbiased fashion. This man isn’t ready too use gear becasue
- Doesn’t know how to eat
- is immature/hot headed/cocky (like most kids)
- probably isn’t well versed regarding the risks (esp long term, deca dick is nothing compared to heart failure or a kidney transplant)
I’d have to respectfully disagree a bit. The ideology that I would be instantly happy at 210, is not a belief I have. Would I be happier? Sure, who here wouldn’t be happier with more size. But that’s like saying, when I was 145, I won’t be happy at 190, so why do it? I feel 100x better at 190 than I did at 145, but would I feel even better at 210? Heck yes. At that point, the risk to get bigger, no longer is as appealing. I’m on the cusp right now of risk/reward, which is why I haven’t quite taken the plunge. It’s tough to wrap your head around not getting bigger and being close to then upper limit of your bodies ability. No one wants to go to the gym just to maintain. We go to improve. I fully accept the risks I take, and do my best to take the least amount of risk possible, something I never would have done at age 18.
Glycogen storage is a small added benefit among many others to running TRT. Not a reason in itself for jumping on. But when your natural test levels are 300-500 lower currently than in my 20s, although not bad, there’s certainly an argument that could be made for
not feeling my best. Anyhow, that’s the point of questioning, getting opinions, and weighing the risk reward. There’s a reason I haven’t started yet, as an adult, we try to make rational decisions. We absorb and accept help/information, and take it to heart. Weighing the risk / reward is what we do as adults, that kids do not logical think about.
Adults at least have the ability to judge risk, better. Not saying you’re wrong, but brain development plays a big role, life experiences play a big role, and adults can assess risk better (not all, just on average).
The biggest reason this kid has no business running gear IMO is his size (if you want to take age out of the equation). Even a grown adult with his stats, most would say need to lock down training and diet first. Boys at 18 are far from fully developed, among the countless other reasons age does play a role in AAS.
Again, you are in no way a comparison to this kid, not at this moment. You are well thought out, well researched, methodical, and EXTREMELY well educated on this topic. You know more than arguably 99% of people on here. You are NOT equivalent nor as irresponsible as this kid is.
You may partake in risky behavior, but IMO, irresponsible would be not understanding the ramifications of those behaviors. You understand them, more than most of us do.
I may come across as an asshole when it comes to stuff like this. However, I’m of the firm belief that tough love, and bluntness is the best way with young kids. Others may disagree, but as an adult, looking back at my youth, I know what I didn’t have, and what I really could have benefited from. Maybe I’m just old school. I’m also incredibly passionate about the “hard gainer / ectomorph” topics as I was in that boat. I wanted to use steroids since I started lifting 10 years ago, however I waited, I waited until I had kids, had money, has health insurance, had everything else together, to where I could take the risk. As we’ve talked about, the one shitty part about that is, I didn’t care about an early death before kids, but now a long life is one of the most important things to me.
