I am soccer player, a goalkeeper specifically, so I dont spend much time at the gym as I would like to. I train twice per week, one day squats and/or deadlifts and/or power cleans. Working to a 3RM on the squat, a relatively easy single in deadlift and power clean. The other day I do regular benches working up to a 3RM, maybe shoulders on slight incline 3 sets 6-8 reps, barbells rows from a deadstop working up to a 6-8RM, and some pull ups afterwards.
Diet is about 200 grams of protein per day, about 250 grams of carbs and about 180 grams of fat (out of 180, 150 comes from the gallon of whole milk I drink each day). Critique my diet also, but I have seen solid gains on this, so I haven’t bothered changing it. Now the pictures:
My best lifts so far are: 430x4 squat, I havent deadlifted in over a month, but the last time I maxed out I did 530, bench 265x3, seated military press 175x6. As far as videos, I will upload the squats I will do today on my training log here, for anyone who wants to see them. Hopefully I will get 440x3

Pretty decent. Good proportions, symmetry and leanness, well done.

Thank you BBB, I really appreciate it[/quote]
No worries
Has anyone ever mentioned that your left leg looks longer than your right? It’s noticeable in the front and the rear shots. Thought it might be leg placement, but it’s clear in both pics, so it might be ‘real’.

No, never. First time I ever hear that…

That’s not unsurprising and maybe I’m just imagining the discrepancy. Any low back pain, hip or knee pain?

Since I was 12 and got into competitive sports, my lower backhurts me in its right side. The last couple of years, since I started squatting and deadlifting heavy, it is 95% gone. No hip or knee pain, except the occasional normal pains due to all the jumping, squatting and running, nothing to stop me even remotely from training.
