Lifting stats:
Deadlift:440 lbs
Benchpress:240 lbs
Squats:350 lbs
Push Press:150 lbs
Pictures are after 14 weeks of dieting ,went from 210 lbs to 185.

For 18 you look pretty good. I would say you need to bring up your arms some but you don’t need to worry to much about that. Get back into a bulking phase and put on some mass. Pretty solid man.

Thanks man ,this year i’ll put some emphasize on arms.
Yeah dude, you have a very impressive physique, especially for your age. But if it’s serious bodybuilding you are into, you just need to get huger. Just keep trying to bulk and lift hard. Other than that all you need is time. You look great already, A few more years and you can be monstrous.
