ok, well fair dues on the no pct idea. but i cant help feeling that lately there has been alot more bad remarks made recently about actually going as far as to use AAS if others dont tend to agree completely, even if it’s in a reasonably responsible away.
Please show an example of where “bad remarks” were made towards the use of AAS in a “reasonable and responsible way”

Your name suits you well.
Are some of the posters here completely anti-AAS? Because it seems they give some pretty harsh answers. I’ve read a lot about anavar and it seems that PCT is not needed unless you go very high in doses (read like ALL anavar profiles). Although it wouldn’t hurt you of course.
On the other side: this guy wants MODEST results. Not everyone wants to become huge with a cycle of sustanon, deca, winstrol and whatever some D-bol to gain 10-15kg. Some ppl just want to gain 2-3kg and for that anavar is good. Although i would recommend Primobolan (also mild and lots cheaper, just get the 50mg version).

Get the fuck out of here, you say that no matter what WE SAY it won’t impact your use/decision, yet you want to cherry pick from the information we do provide? [/quote]
and again

This kid weighs 170 pounds and is 13-14% bf or close to, why would you ever want to waste your first cycle doing anavar, a drug notorious for being faked, not to mention not giving great results. If you are going to mess with your hormones when you are 18, at least use something that packs more of a punch.

Do you actually think an 18 year old kid needs steroids to gain 5lbs of muscle? GTFO that’s a joke.
Responses are given on a case to case basis. There are no cookie cutter answers given on this site.
When you say that PCT only needs to be done with high dose cycles of Var clarify what you consider a ‘high dose’. What dose over what duration causes full suppression of the HPTA? You must know these answers since youve read ‘like ALL of the anvar profiles’.
Dazed, you did a good job finding the “bad remarks”, but do you think the use of of AAS by an 18 year old high school student, who has no plan for PCT, no intent in taking anyone’s advice, taking a generally known cutting steroid at his stats @ 35mg/day is considered “reasonable and responsible”?
Again, people can cherry pick all they want. At the end of the day, we are here to help people and see them to a good journey with the use of AAS. It is complicated, when some 18 year old kid comes on here with some screwed up cycle we tend to be disturbed, for many reasons.
1, they are too young. 2, their cycle is WORTHLESS. Anavar is TOO WEAK, especially for an 18 yr old for it to effect him positively at that dose. 3rdly, we consider ourselves to be people who use these responsibly and informed, not people who provide an example for why these powerful hormones should be controlled!

Well, it’s not my job to copy/paste every internet page out there. He can google himself. He is 18 and does not need to take roids. But be serious, if you’re not earning money with competing in any sports whatsoever, you’re a complete fool even to take steroids. Damaging your body just to be bigger or better than the gym rat next to you, is just as foolish as an 18 year old considering roids.
Next to that, he will make up his own mind. Far better than reading forum posts written by people he doesn’t even know.
Long term roid use even divides the scientific world. People with degrees in this field. Let alone thrust a gym rat about “what he thinks is the real thing”.

I’m curious, why are you reading and posting in this subforum? What makes you an authority, that this person should listen to your advice and not the advice of the other, experienced users here?

You didn’t answer a single question I asked you. Your response has nothing to do with my post. You’re more than welcomed to have your opinion on the subect but why did you quote my post and not respond to it at all?
In your first post you said that PCT is not needed if a high dose of Var isn’t used. What do you consider a high dose? How long does it take for full HPTA suppression from the use of oxandralone?
To the original poster…
I hope it has become obvious to you that no one can give you intelligent advice on your intended cycle. If I were take a quick poll on T-Nation asking which of two people has the most potential for gaining muscle?
-a clean 18 year old @ 170lbs with 2 years of training experience
or
-a seasoned lifter who has already done multiple cycles
What do you think most people would say? I’ve seen 18 year olds explode (and keep) 50lbs naturally while shedding all of their baby fat. What is pissing most people off here is that you fail to realize that you have something much more powerful than any steroid can offer (which is a clean slate).
Don’t be crazy!
Why did you steal my name?
I’ve heard 100mg - 150mg is very effective and should be done longer than 6 weeks as it only starts to kick in then.
You are way too young, but more importantly way too small.
Try creatine. Dose it at 1 gram every hour, everyday. With this supplement protocol i have put on 16lbs in one week. That’s better results than you’d ever get on steroids, ever!
One word though it’s made my joints hurt like hell in the gym, this is because creatine dries out the joints. I will be adding cod liver oil.

Creatine dries out the joints? That’s a new one.
You sure it just wasn’t the extra stress from lifting heavier weights that you felt on your joints?
