ok before we start i have encredibly shit legs lmao.

AGE: 17 (18 IN JANUARY)
HEIGHT: 5’10
BEST PARTS: BICEPS
WORST PARTS: LEGS!
APROX BF%: 12?
TIME TRAINING: 8 MONTHS CORRECTLY IE DIET, GOOD SPLIT, PRIORITY ON FORM NOT WEIGHT ETC

i think 12% bodyfat is a little kind.

If I had to guess I would say more like 15-18% at least. But, being 18 and only training for 9 months there is tons of room for improvement. I’m givin’ ya a 2 for now. Hit it hard and post some pics in 6 months. Best of luck.

I think 12% is reasonably accurate. I hope your new split has a legitimate focus on your legs. They constitute ~70% of your body’s muscle mass. Should they not be given ~70% of your attention?

yeh the bright light has taken away all my definition and veins tbf.

And ive started to do big compound exercises for my legs on tuesday and isolation exercises such as extenions on thursday.

You should be doing full body workouts 3 x a week for now. Splits later.
OR, you SHOULD be following John Romans article & specialize on your legs.
FOUNDATION IS EVERYTHING! Your best bodypart should not be your biceps. Legs, legs, son!
