At about 9% body fat in this picture. Consume about 3,500 calories a day and try to do high intensity and/or steady state cardio at least 4 times a week for roughly 20 minutes. I want to slim down to 5% or less BF. Any suggestions from some veterans? Anything is appreciated from training to nutrition.

Well that picture isn’t much to go off of but I would say you may be slightly higher on your BF%. As for getting down to less than 5%, your body will probably be slowly dying and forget about making any gains.

In all, you’re looking good from what little I can see.
