It’s nice to see the words my legs are pretty good, and then actual have a photo to back it up, legs look solid.
I am all for direct ab training and it certainly helps the abs be visible at higher body fat. Right now you just need to be leaner though if you want more visible abs and accept your not that heavy. It can be a mind fuck but don’t let the scale distract you from your goal.
He looks like a gloriously youthful person who is so visually striking that if you saw him in person, you’d be blown away. His features appear to be almost perfectly symmetrical and proportional. He’s a white man with pale blue/green eyes and light flawless skin. He’s masculine in terms of his facial structure and physical build. The only flaw I see is that he is too perfect, which sometimes translates to being pretty…a term best saved for females.
Being handsome is great. But, it isn’t enough. What else does he have going on? Does he have substance? Is he intelligent? Is he interesting? Does he have a good sense of humor? Is he compassionate? Is he romantic? Is he a winner? Is he sexual?
I’ve met people who were so beautiful or handsome that at first that’s all you saw about them. Once they started talking and you looked deeper, you were let down because you realized their good looks were all there was positive about them. They were just a beautiful storefront on an outhouse. You cannot judge a book by its cover.
For his sake, I hope he’s got more going for himself than just how well he photographs.
You make some fair points, but, this is the Rate My Physique forum.
Hahaha, man I enjoyed reading this post.
Lol your to much man. Well said though. You should write articles or books or poems or something. People would pay for that talent
This is why I’m fat. I don’t want people to just think I’m a pretty face. It’s by choice.
Even at your current weight, I wonder:
He has a sense of humor. I’ll take that. He doesn’t need much more than he has here.
I think I’m smart. Have a great sense of humor, and can be very romantic. So ha!
May I ask you what you’re a beefy fan of? You sound deep.
Your legs look great! What was your squat (if at all) or weighted leg training (lunges/bulgarian etc.) when you were doing heavy weights? Did you do calf work or just have naturally good calves?
Thanks! Last year I did alot of heavy/near max training on legs (and everything). I also did alot of program hopping trying to figure out how I responded to stuff because I have was kinda burnt out for a while (probably from training at 4am though not because any program). They are all still very similar programs. The last 6 months of training, I did 1 month of a pavel Tsatsouline 5x5 5 day a week program. 1 month of 531 boring but big, 1 month conjugate style powerlifting, 2 months of beyond 531 maximal training, and that turned into 1 month of Bulgarian method style (squat bench and deadlift almost everyday).
That being said I feel my squat is still fairly weak, I would often work up to 275 lbs for a easy single or triple. When I was doing 531 I set a few prs like a 230x10. I never squat less than 2x a week or form goes to shit.
Never train calves but I walk alot with steel toe boots day after day so I credit them to that
