actually, it does have an effect on your training. Wearing gloves helps you hold weight you might not be able to otherwise, especially leather palms on knurled bars. I don’t know about you, but I like training my grip strength. I also like feeling “hardcore” though, so I may be in a different boat.

I have found that gloves negatively affect the amount of weight I can hold. I figured this was because it kind of acts as a thick bar. This is the reason I dont personally use gloves, but if someone wants to use them I wont call them out on it.

anyway aside from that i agree . . at least take some before pics and eat+train and then post in rate my physique in a few months/ years when real progress has been made. .

OP . . if your looking to get bigger. . you SHOULDNT be that lean. . you should be lifting your ass off and eating till your stuffed . . if your naturally that lean then a savage amount of calories is gonna have to be taken in to see progress/mass. .

i can see the potential of a great physique there tho… your only 16 and have loadsa time to get huuuuuge! :slight_smile: (not that im an authority on huge or anything) haha
