BUt im willing to bet that your a naturally lean guy, and what little muscle youve added shows on you like an NFL wide reciever.

It’s his hair, not yours grandpa.

Legs? We don’t need no stinkin’ legs.

Looking good, well done keep it up. Maybe move your deads to the start of the day…you’ll get more out of it if you do them whilst fresh.

Do squats !!

Nice Blue steel in the picture . . zoolander would be proud

How can u train 6 times a week with all them exercises each day? surely thats overtraining?

I personally really like the hair, in an admiring straight sort of way.

You mind posting up your hair routine?

Frequency’s like that work for alot of people, you’d be suprised. But anyway different people can handle different sorts of volume. I’m sure if you worked up to it you could run a program like that and grow too.

To the OP, good job keep it up. And like another poster said, at the winter months try putting on abit more size, and hit those legs hard!

I want to know what Supplements he is taking??

What is your diet?

I’m impressed with your back; good density and width at the top and taper at the waist.

if you want little effectiveness and want to regress, change everything.

I was able to handle a similar routine when I was 18-19 years old. A few years go by (I’m 25 now) and it’s much, much harder.

At the age of 16? I don’t think (hope) so.

Very impressive though. It seems as if the OP isn’t lurking around this forum anymore, but it would be nice to know about your nutrition etc.

Clearly, you have excellent results. What kind of rating are you expecting on your physique? In terms of size, proportions, poundage… Be more specific in the kind of feedback you are seeking.
