Thanks I started at about 230.
Down to 184 at one point after food posioning 6 days before the contest.
Weighed in at 193.4

Thanks Yes I realize I started way to late on my contest prep, wont be an issue next year.

Thanks yes I had a blast even though I was still dealing with food poisoning from the monday before the saturday show. It was hard to carb up because I could only digest liquids, sweet potatos and chicken was painful.
Definitely gonna hit mens open division hard next year hopefully 3 shows.
