Alright well this past week was spring break and I spent it in panama city. Needless to say the most exercise I got was chasing women in the pool and beach, sex and 12 ounce curls. Today however; I got into the gym didnt really hammer too much but got in a pickup soccer game after that for about an hour as well.

Well my training schedule has gotten thrown off with spring ball and practices being changed around. However I got a decent lift in yesterday (4/2/13) Nothing too serious trying to save myself for practices in the morning just got a little pump in essentially.

Alright back to the grind. Spring practice is over with now and time to pack on some size and strength. Had a pretty good spring practice, Head Coach is saying there has been a good amount of buzz about my name going through the Coach’s offices so I can’t complain.
A little bit of an update is that I’m down to 238 and feeling pretty damn good at this lower weight especially in terms of explosion and speed. I just feel now that I’m flat out flying off the line now. Its max week this week already doing well putting pounds on my maxes even at a lower weight.
Powerclean- 285 didn’t even drop into a full squat. It was pretty good for a power clean I think it might not of looked pretty to a lot of the olympic lifters on here but damn it felt good and I caught it in not even a quarter squat.
Push Press- 275 I basically military pressed this.
Yeah there was some leg dip but hardly any at all my strength coach looked at me and was just like the hell did you even use your legs? I stopped there though because of my wrist being fucked up from Spring Ball.
Squat- 475 This was tonight and it was a bit of a grind. I smashed my old max at a lower body weight as well which felt nice.

Alright with maxing done I get about two weeks to lift however I want. I’m basically going to do whatever the hell I want and like to do so if the next two weeks make no sense at all as to what I’m doing here’s your explanation.

I used to play that in high school not I am primarily a guard but I am working on Center to help with depth for my team… I have played semi-pro for years and I am wanting to try out for my college team (D3) but I want to be ready first… that is why I am here keeping track of my work…
Yeah I hear that man never hurts to be able to play a couple different positions. You might want to check your eligibility though man playing semi pro might’ve screwed you for college ball.
