Well I messed up my laptop recently so I havent been posting lately but I have been lifting of course. Ive kept things heavy and have been hitting major muscle groups twice a week. One day heavy in the 3-5 rep range the next day with 8-12 reps things have been going well and thankfully I will be posting again.
