Entirely possible, I was thinking the same thing, very good level of natural strength.

This might be a stretch based on this information alone, unless powerlifters start earning a living from the sport ha.

Maybe but again a stretch, a much more competitive and technical sport that usually requires early specialisation.

I guess the word ‘professional’ is the debatable part. I’m not sure there are any professional powerlifters strictly speaking. The ones who do PL ‘full time’ are professional coaches, trainers, gym owners who happen to compete in PL, rather than PL being their source of income.

Correct. And there isn’t a best method. Set your goals, and based on that, pick a program that will get you to your goals. The only extra thing you need to consider is if you actually like the layout or general plan of the program because that’s what will make it easier for you to stick to the program until you see the results. Are those Fitness Gear weights? The whole set up looks like the Dicks Sporting Goods one I was looking at. They are actually like 2" or more smaller in diameter than regular 45 lb plate. You have been pulling a little bit farther without probably even realizing.
