15-Week Log w/ 2 M1T Cycles

maybe a dumb question but, why up the dosage? You have already gained 5 pounds. Water weight or not that is a lot in 4 days. Right?
Keep it up and keep us posted. I will begin my cycle on this sunday. Taking 10mg before I go to bed and then on monday start taking 4AD in 2 seperate 150mg doses and M1T in 2 seperate 5mg doses a day. Both for 10days and then do 300mg 6-oxo for 5 days as well as 3 pills of M in the mornings for 10 days. Just a warm up cycle before I go out of the country for a week and then I will start the alternating 3 weeks on 3 weeks off cycles that you helped me out with in your other thread.

The reasoning for the upped dose is I am really seeing nothing from the PH yet. That 5 lbs is no more than I would normally receive from starting a non PH bulk with the creatine.

Not that I am asking for the side but no reason to simply waste the product at a lower dose when it is giving me no effect.

I will stay here for a bit and see how it goes. As of yet no sides. Feel the same as yesterday.

General B.S.= Well raised the dose and nothing noticeable yet. No change at all. Once again 2 great w/o?s. Well see what the 5 mg raise does, if anything. I know as of yet it isn?t the greatest as far as recovery goes. I am one sore SOB. Few more lbs of what seems to be water.

Maybe a possibility, if you are judging the efficacy of the product on weight, you might not be eating enough while doing 2 a day workouts… That might be the one thing holding you back. Or I could just be an idiot. I know you mentioned in the outline that you would raise cals to where ever necessary, have you raised them yet? And from a Ms Cleo stand point I bet you’ll start to blow up on the 8 or 9th day. Or like I said, I could be an idiot.

I am totally prepared to raise intake if needed. This is the first day that my weight actually didnt raise. I think the water gain from the creatine, possibly M1T, and higher k/cal and carb intake is over. Abs smoothed out fast.

I am prepped to raise them but still am not receiving any of the great pumps, no raise in BP (going to check now first time since raise in dose), no lethargy, So I dont know we will see.

I am going to stay here for a few days. I am hesitant to raise it anymore due to the liver issues, but I have no signs of a prob there either.

Either way I should make good gains just from the hyper. diet and training. Also the ole tried and true 4AD weeks are coming up. I am debating on adding a small dose of 1-test during those 2 weeks also. Might as well do it up right.

I’ll keep you all posted. Hopefully some massive gains are coming.

Sides = I didn?t really pay attention until I checked my BP a few minutes ago but all day I have been a bit jittery. Maybe this stuff is kicking in with the 5mg raise in dose. Well se tomorrow during w/o?s. Also I added the Hawthorne Berry ASAP to combat the BP raise.

General B.S.= not much to mention Off day from training just kinda took it easy and ate. Oh I think the initial water gain may have finally stalled. I was actually just about the same as yesterday for the first time. Hopefully all weight gain from here on out is the real deal.

Day 7 = May 9th

Weight= 199

Blood Pressure= 130 / 78

PH= M1T 15mg (10mg 7am, 5 mg 7PM)

AM w/o= Lower Back, gluts, hams& abs
Super sets= A. sumo deads & cable crunch (6 sets)
B. Gm?s & BB side bends (3sets)

A. Wide Grip Pull ups & cable reverse flys (6 sets)
B. Straight arm p down & Drag curls (4 sets)

Sides = Well I think it began to kick in. Great pumps in morning w/o following the AM 10mg dose. Not as much in PM w/o. after 5mg. Calfs and forearms were pumped to extreme this morn. I am going to have to buy and use straps I think if I am to continue to do deads and get a good w/o. Forearms were so pumped it was tough to make a fist let alone hold the bar. BP seems to be under control with the Hawthorne berry addition. Slight head ache after doses and had to take several naps today, simply could not stay awake.

General B.S.= W/o?s were great. AM better than PM. I was a little tired during PM w/o. Had to force myself through it. Strenght seems to be up. I didn?t want to stop once I got going.

Sorry about the hijack, but I’ve been researching M1T and have seen some huge price differences. For example, Company A sells bottles of 60 tabs (about 1 month’s worth) for $10, and Company B sells 120cc of liquid (about 2 weeks’ worth) for $100. Wassap widdat??

From what I have heard M1T is M1T. Most ppl have been reporting the same results and suggesting the lower priced stuff.

I have to say as of yet I am less than impressed. I am not getting any consistant results from it. Yesterday it seemed to be kicking in but today I really didnt notice much as of yet.

The brand I am using has had no bad press attached to it. So I really dont konw what is up. I may simply be one of the non responders that needs a higher to dose, but the liver issue have me a little hesitant.

I am considering adding the 4AD that I had set aside to combat sides during the first 2 weeks just to get results.

If company B starts with a v and ends with a p and an x then the only difference is they need to over price their stuff to make up for the ridiculous cash they spend on marketing.

If it makes you feel any better Phill I didn’t really see any results till the second week, when I blew up. My second cycle of the stuff pretty much started where the first left off. I didn’t want to push the issue with dosages cuz m1t is the most toxic of any of the methyl’s out now. Just be patient and adding the 4ad might give it the kick in the ass it needs. Personally tho I’d save it for the second cycle you have planned. Also as a side note the week after I stopped taking m1t it seemed as if I was still on pump and strength wise. But I can understand the impatience after all the hype. Just keep with it.

As`far as the company no I didnt fall for the over priced version. Mine was down in the lowest price range just not one of the companies that have been having some less than stellar reviews.

The liver issue is 4 sure what is stopping me from upping the dose. I think I probably will stick to the plan. Then on this saturday add in the 4AD @ 200mg befor bumping it up, dropping the M1T for the next 2 weeks.

If I get no response out of this week I suppose I can alway try another 5mg during the second 2 weeks. Just very dissapointed as of yet. I would at least enjoy some increased recovery.

Oh yea just to add in I did decide to go ahead with the addition of 1-test during weeks 3 and 4 along with the 4AD. It should be here in a few days.

JJ, you confirmed my suspicions; “Company B,” based on its website, is way over the top on hype. If I ever ahem know anyone who might try this stuff, I’ll steer them away from that company.

General B.S.= Nothing much to repot. Day off from weights. I did decide to switch up my routine from the 2 a days. With me taking in the 10mg in the AM I decided to just do 1 longer w/o in the morn and use the night 5mg for recovery and the time to rest. Maybe go for a stroll in the PM or something just to get increased blow flow. Nothing extreme.

I started my M1T on Monday. 5mg morning, 5mg night. Felt nothing so far. We’ll see.

On a side note I think I figured out the whole water weight thing. They say this stuff is tough on the liver right. Well I think it is slowing the process of the liver down so much you have to store the water until it can get to processing it.

The bloat made it up to my face yesterday. I mean I am BLOATED. Like I have stated befor I am a former fatty, so I have some excess skin from losing 120 lbs. Mainly around the mid section. Well I weighed myself yesterday afternoon and I gained 12 lbs during the day from all the liquid. It is a pain. But after sleeping and not drinking over night I lose it and wake up looking leaner again.

It is so bad that if I set something heavy on my leg for a few minutes then remove it, I will have a permanent impression in the tissue for 20 minutes or so. Down through the muscle and all.

So what I am saying is be carefull with tis stuff. Dont drink or eat anything else that will be tough on the liver at all while doing this.

I also went ahead and started taking the dandelion root today to see if that will help with the water. Sure you want some water storage to blow up muscles but DAMN this is bad. My chest and arms are staying ripped. Just anywhere that used to be fat and has extra skin fills up. 2" on my waist in 9 days.

Just a heads up to all that may take this stuff. For a former fatty it is tough looking at yourself blow up again like this. I havent appear to be this fat in years. Just expect water gains, and to lose much of the weigth you put on post cycle, and take every precaution you can with your liver. Drink plenty of water and green tea.
