Ok ok… Thanks for the advice. I’ll start doing that. Some other people told me I had pretty big triceps. Ya I honestly don’t do much incline. How about adding in decline? [/quote]
Flat bench works the bottom of the pecs so I’m not a big believer in decline bench. I was surprised how in several short months the way incline bench added more dimension for me. I do four-five flat bench presse sets after warm up and four-six more sets on incline bench. Alternate dumb bells and barbell.
Give your more developed muscles a break / rest every now and then rather then doing them every week. They will still grow. Then add more volume to benching and flys and pec deck to jump start chest.

my per work out is not included in the list. I basically eat some fast absorbing carbs such as a small amount of candy or chips and little bit of protein 30min before I work out.
Dinners are always different, that was just a sample of a dinner I had. but I always include some kind of lean meat and veggies.
My breakfast and lunch is always the same everyday. I pre make all my breakfast and lunches for the whole week.
Great work bro. Your MM pose looks nuts. Arms delts traps really come togethor. But give your chest and yoru lats some love too man. Really work on your lats. They seem to be lagging imo. Lats for me was a difficult muscle to develop the mind muscle connection and they lagged for me for a while. Also I dig the two tone color scheme you got going on.
